The only disappointing thing was the airport shuttle service pick up from the airport. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Delayed due to lack of other shuttle bus. There were only 2 per the company that was providing service for many arriving customers.

Great proximity to the airport, but really nothing to do closeby, unless you like shopping !! Have to Uber/Taxi otherwise.. Rooms were nice and spacious and clean, nice pool, breakfast was soso-but is free to can't complain, lots of fast food eateries very close by.

We had just arrived from a cruise. We were given our room right away. The girl on the front desk was very pleasant to deal with. The room was excellent. We ate that evening in the bar. Food was very good pub fare. Very impressed. Free shuttle to the airport.

The rooms are great! They are spacious and clean. They have a kitchen which is really convenient. There is nearby shopping and dining and it is all within walking distance.

I like that they were able to accommodate us by letting us check in earlier as we had got off our cruise early in the morning. Service in the restaurant was also good. As well, breakfast is included with your stay which makes it convenient in the morning when getting on the go.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly & helpful. We liked having the kitchen to have a couple of our lunches instead of eating out. The breakfast buffet was tasty & had lots of choices. We also loved the location, close to lots of stores & restaurants. We will be back!

Second time of stayed here and it’s been lovely both times. Location is perfect for my needs. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful! There is laundry facilities. Breakfast is every morning. I get the king suite with full kitchen. I recommend this hotel!

The property was dirty upon arrival we spent 6 nights with housekeeping only coming around 2 twice and the second time is after us going downstairs and let it be known we need them ! We had to go ask for clean towels ! I was disappointed as I had a great experience at another Hyatt house months prior to

The only thing that I did not like, is the shades in the room were broken and ripped. It looked like they were electric shades, but the button nearby did not work. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. The staff were amazing!!

Great for family that requires the kitchenette. Nice area with food and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. Paid parking was the only negative. There is no free parking anywhere nearby.

We got to the hotel at 2am. We had booked our reservation for 4 people and paid extra money for that. Only to check into the room with no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. The front desk told us they had no more. I had to walk across the street myself to their sister hotel to see what they had. I was then given pillows without pillowcases that were dirty with stains. This is beyond unacceptable. And I was told it is because people are checking into rooms with more people than they put on the reservation. I told them I properly paid for the amount of ppl in our room and yet they weren’t accommodating us. I want to be fully refunded for this stay. This is unacceptable.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and even got us in for an early check in. Area is fantastic, so many shops and restaurants to choose from all walkable. We also went to the movie theater which is new only five minute walk.

Hotel room was in bad condition. Dingy musty smell wall paper peeling in bathroom tiny out dated room. Needs maintenance in room and down stairs smelled like a wet dog. Definitely wont recommend.

The property is an older hotel. Therefore, it needs some updates internally and externally. The worst thing about the hotel stay is the hairs, small pieces of dirt, and stains on the bed sheets. The comforter is very dinghy and needs to be replaced. There are only two small, old school trash cans in the room as well, which need upgrading. The bar area is also small. The best part about the stay is the location to the airport, the airport shuttle (even if early in the morning or late at night), and the location near the Dania Pointe shopping center. The staff was helpful also. I do think the amount that I paid for the hotel is a little overpriced due to the outdated areas of the hotel & the uncleanliness of the hotel bed sheets. I’ve stayed at much better Hyatt hotels from the west coast to the south in the US. My stay at this location was average. I would not stay again.

I liked the friendly helpful staff and the cleanliness . I liked the service of the cleaning crew. But I did not like the condition of the furnishings. The window shades were all broken and had holes in them. And the decor was very dated. The room needs a total renovation. So to sum it up. Good people with great attitudes and great work ethics but the furnishings are shabby.

Noisy rooms. Had front office call 3 times within 1/2 hour. Asking if we needed a blanket and two pillows. This was all after falling asleep for an hour. Terrible prices for their food and drinks. 105.00 for order of breaded frozen wings, and a burger for the wife,draft beer and two drinks for my wife. Crap
