Dear Madam, thanks for your stay with us, but please try to read the descriptions. You made a booking of a room with "exterior bathroom", but please understand that this is a room that you choosed. We also have rooms with inside bathroom. Also please take note that the descriptions says that we are a pension or guesthouse, but not an hotel. We are familiar and small, perfect for families or guests who don't like standard hotels. Anyway, we hope to welcome you once again. We wish you all the best.

Regarding reception, we are always there for you :-) But as we are so small, we are not sitting 24 hours at the reception desk but there is a bell to call us. Es ist schade, dass Sie sich in unserem Haus nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Wir sind ein kleines, familiär geführtes Haus. Die Zimmer sind alle unterschiedlich und schön dekoriert, auch gut ausgestattet und, wie Sie sagen, sehr sauber, was für uns sehr wichtig ist. Das Konzept unseres Hauses spricht sehr viele Gäste aus nördlichen Europaländern an, wie z.B. aus Deutschland, aber vielleicht haben Sie nicht das gebucht, was Ihnen vielleicht mehr zugesagt hätte: ein Zimmer mit Bad im Zimmer. Sie haben sich jedoch für ein schönes Zimmer entschieden, mit einem eigenen Bad außerhalb des Zimmers und nur wenige Meter entfernt. Ein großes und komfortables Bad mit ausreichender Belüftung, das Sie mit niemandem teilen müssen und das mit Handgel, Shampoo und Duschgel ausgestattet ist. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihren Besuch. Wir tun unser Bestes, damit Sie sich in unserem Haus wie zu Hause fühlen, auch wenn uns das nicht immer gelingt. Dear Madam, Thanks that you choosed our guesthouse for your stay in Barcelona. First of all, let us explain you that our guesthouse has an operating time from 8am to 8pm where most of our guests enter and exit their rooms, rooms are cleaned and phone calls are handled. To avoid street noise, our windows are all double-glazed and soundproof. For that reason it is very difficult that you listen to outside noises and least of all to the conversations of people passing by, only unless you slept with open windows. Additionaly, our guesthouse is located in a small street with a little less traffic than in other bigger streets of the city and much less in the night. For that characteristic, our guesthouse is considered to be a quiet guesthouse in comparison to other houses located in centric areas of the city. In all big cities of the world, life begins soon in the morning, being very difficult to avoid any noise and keep silence when somebody pretends to sleep until 2 pm. But what makes us feel surprise and sadness at the same time is the fact that every day of your stay we asked you how you feel and not only one time you said something about the noises. We could have arranged another room for you, but it’s a pity when our guests don’t talk clear with us during their stay but only decide to write a bad rating afterward.
