Good choice
We were very pleased w the our hotel stay. The staff was very nice accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was great too. Everything we needed was there. Comfy beds and great rooms. Clean restrooms and plenty of towels. Very happy we chose this hotel.

Nice stay
This hotel is great, staff so helpful and nice. Breakfast so complete. Clean, nice pool, everything is great! I highly recommend it!!

Wonderful pillows. Clean duvet. quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff. Outstanding breakfast. Ease of check-in and check-out. Bathroom faucet was a bit strange. definitely a 5-star stay.

No sleep
Family of 5 adults booked a room for 5 adults (mom and dad with three young male adults all 6’3” or taller and over 200 lbs). Got a room with two queen beds. Not what we booked. We expected a room with a pullout couch which did not exist on the property even though that was what was on our reservation. Extremely uncomfortable.

Stayed here last year for the powerlifting regionals and had an amazing experience. It was regionals again and came back here. Staff are very friendly and loved the room

The staff was very nice very courteous they asked me if my water was hot enough because they've been having issues with that but it was fine. I was getting ready to get in my car I was a little rushed because we were going to go down to matagorda Bay by the ocean or the golf anyway I got a rush I thought I got everything as I was getting in my car the maid ran out of the side door and gave me my phone charger which I very much appreciate it because it's a special phone charger that charges my phone faster than a normal one so she ran all the way out there to give it to me she must have seen me out there and ran down to give it to me so and I was on the third floor so I was very grateful for that

Zack the desk agent was the most friendly, efficient and welcoming person I have seen in a very long time. He set the stage for a great visit in Bay City.

The hotel was full of mold and mildew got sick from being there. We asked the lady at check in about the mold smell she lied and said no mold. We had to move to another hotel because the other 2 rooms smelted like mold that they tried putting us in. The guy told us when we left they were renovating because of the mold!

It was ok
It was ok. It had a weird smell. The room was small and the lighting in the room was really bad. Beds were not comfortable nor big enough for a family of 5. Warning you must leave the bathroom door shut while showering otherwise the fire alarm will go off. The steam in the bathroom set off the alarm in our room. The staff was really helpful though.

Stayed there for a teacher workshop and the service was excellent. Micheal at the front desk was so helpful and recommended some great places to eat. The room was clean and bed super comfy.

Just needed a place to stay one night as we had a family funeral. The beds were comfortable and room was clean although there was an odd smell in the hotel, I suppose it could have been a disinfectant of some type. Have stayed at Hilton properties before.

We booked a king size bed and fold out sofa and paid more for it. When we arrived they put us in a double queen room and told us since we booked through expedia our room wasnt guaranteed and they would not even refund the price difference.
