Hi and thank you for your review! We are so happy to hear that the food, the rooms, the pools and the staff service was to your liking. It is very true that there are a couple of local spa's or massage parlors in the village of Dauin, around 5 km from the resort. In no way can they measure themselves against our award-winning all-service Sanctuary Spa, but they are certainly an option for the more adventurous guest who wish to try local options. We look forward to seeing you again!

Hi and thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are very sorry that your stay at Atmosphere was disappointing. Our guests are all different and it is difficult to please everybody. For many of our guests, the ondulating landscape with its manicured lawns (that you are allowed and encouraged to walk on, as opposed to many places where you are not) is something that many guests appreciate. Concrete walkways is not something that we feel would benefit the peaceful landscape at Atmosphere and we hope that our guests appreciate strolling around our beautiful grounds. We do agree with you though that walking back and forth may not be ideal for everybody, and we will move the reception to the top of the resort next year, which will be helpful for those guests who do not enjoy walking and who want the distance between their room and reception to be shorter. We are sorry for the slippers and we will definitely look into that in 2020 so that all guests can have access to slippers. We try to avoid all use or mis-use of items that will end up being thrown away, such as toothbrushes, disposable plastic items, slippers, straws etc, but we do understand that guests sometimes forget to bring appropriate footwear. We do not believe that our massages can be labelled as "simple one hour massages". Our Spa is a multi-award-winning Spa with massages that have been created to be as good or better than the best massages in the best luxury hotels in the world. We consistently receive rave reviews about how fabulous they are and how much value for money they are. We are sorry to hear that you would not recommend us to friends and family - but we are a bit confused by your comment about your check-out - walking out the same way as you walk in is normally how you leave a resort.

Dear Lou! Thank you for sharing us your feedback! We are delighted that you had a relaxing stay, but sad to hear that you felt that the room was too far from the pools. We try to avoid placing rooms too near the pools as the noise level can be a bit high and we appreciate that guests want to relax.
