Stayed here to be closer to our daughter’s dance competition in Supply, NC. It was a pleasant stay. Clean and friendly staff. The free breakfast buffet had so much to offer. Waffles, bacon, eggs, potatoes, yogurt bar, breakfast taco/burrito station, they had it all. Great stay!

I love the breakfast! What a great way to start the day! The breakfast staff is courteous, made sure to replenish the food in a timely manner, and assisted the customers as needed. They even asked if we enjoyed the food! That shows pride and commitment in your work. The facility is clean and I was impressed!

Sarah at reception was helpful, kind and engaging! When we checked in, she was on the phone with another customer, but found time during her conversation to find our reservation and get us started on check-in. Great at multi-tasking. Your breakfast staff were helpful and cheerful. BTW, the breakfast was wonderful. Truly a FULL breakfast. We enjoyed our stay!!

So we had trouble traveling down to Wilmington. After a long exhausting drive we arrived at the hotel only to be told that they apparently closed out our reservation because of a night audit. We already paid???? So now we are sitting in a parking lot with all of our stuff and nowhere to go. Thanks best western!!!
