안락하고 편안한 분위기의 숙소
조용한 거리에 위치해 있으며, 깨끗하고 편안한 분위기의 숙소이다. 복층으로 되어 있으며, 방이 3개여서 여럿이서 지내기 좋은 숙소이다. 야외 스파가 있어서 예약하였으나, 물을 아껴써야 하는 가뭄 시기라서 스파를 이용하지 못하였다. 미리 공지가 없어서 가서 알았다. 그것 외에는 만족스러운 숙소이다.

Everything was excellent. The Location is very good. Near to a shopping center, not far from city center and Waterfront. Rooms were spacious with own bathroom each.

Great neighbourhood, simple accommodation
Standard room in a great part of town. We had a little studio which is fine if you are just palnning to use it as a base for sleeping. Room was rather dark with no outside space or view.

Great Stay
Everything as you would expect from this property, clean well maintained lots of room, views of table top mountain and the V&A would go back again, staff very helpful, only minor issue we had was with a late check in we couldn't contact them on the phone number provided so we had to make sure we arrived before check in closed we're not tec minded with phones so I'm sure there are other ways to contact them via the phone A most enjoyable stay was had One thing to be aware of is the property is on a steep hill, this wasn't a issue for us but could be for others Its about a 20 minute walk to the V&A water front and a 10 minute walk to Long Street, the surrounding area was safe to walk around in the day time, carnt comment for the evening

Property was largely ok - however i found the broadband and TV to be substandard (you couldnt get a wireless signal on the roof terrace for example and the quality of the TV/Satellite signal was unwatchable. The spiral staircase is very very narrow and quite steep - the elderly and anyone with vertigo should be wary of booking this place. Finally the quality of the outdoor furniture on the roof terrace was substandard and needs replacing. On the positive side the kitchen was fairly well equipt, the bedrooms were comfortable and air-conned and generally well maintained/cleaned by the agents.

Really depends on The owners property
First, it really depends on which property you stay in and whether the owner has invested in providing a comfortable and good place to stay in. We have been in two of this management company’s properties and the one we booked with Hotels.com was not the best in terms of luxury quality. Plus side was it’s terrace and the three bedrooms. But one bedroom was street side with a shared bathroom to the second bedroom. Upstairs bedroom had it’s own bathroom and terrace. The bathroom fixtures upstairs needs improvement. Kitchen was basic with open shelves. Washing machine was functional but not working very well. Living area is under glass sky lights and is totally enclosed so you can’t get any air into the area. There is a small tv provided to the guests. Overall, we didn’t like this property and wouldn’t stay there again and changed to a newer apartment with a new kitchen and bathrooms. The second was more comfortable, better bathroom and kitchen fixtures, washer and dryer, interior design was more pleasant and actually matched. Small patio with barbecue, only problem was that we had hot water problems. There is daily light housekeeping and they provide new towels.

Great base in Cape Town
Absolutely gorgeous apartment in the heart of Cape Town, in a great neighborhood with a beautiful view of Table Mountain and the coast. I only wish we could have spent more time on the many patios!

Anbefales absolutt! Rent, pent og veldig sentralt. Ligger også flere hyggelige steder hvor du kan kjøpe frokost dersom dette er ønskelig. Vi hadde noe problemer med jacuzzien. Selv om problemet ikke ble fikset så ble det forsøkt fikset, og det var tydelig at de ansatte gjerne ville ordne opp. Anbefaler dette stedet, og vil gjerne bo her igjen dersom det blir en ny tur til Sør Afrika

Except the main bedroom light doesn’t work and keep doesn’t work after report to the property manager ,otherwise property is clean and excellent position where closer to shopping center .

Excellent location - Safe location - lots of things to do nearby - professional friendly staff in office and house keeping... etc There was nothing I did not like about the property - however, it was winter and the plunge pool on the balcony was not heated :( and too cool to use.

Great for busy sight-seers
Really great location. Clean, comfortable and pretty. Because it’s downstairs and you need the shutters closed there is no real natural light and no view so not the place to hang out but ideal if you want to see all the sights and have a nice, convenient place to lay your head in a safe, pretty neighbourhood close to the cute centre.

This is truly a state of the art apartment and for those like me, are interested to get the best out of living. Top class renovated, good cleaning service, close to cafés and super market with a nice view of the mountains from the jacuzzi on the rooftop. What else to ask for?

This unit is centrally located to a variaty of trendy restaurants, coffee shops and even the waterfront was within walking disrance. It came as a surprise though that the bedroom had no windows. None. And the aircon was not really adequate to cool the small unit, resulting in a rather stuffy stay. They did however accommodate us with a 60min late checkout at no fee.

We do send all guests, when making a provisional booking via a 3rd party website, a link that takes you directly to our website and the property you are booking. This clearly shows property floor plan, full description and pictures. We are sorry in this instance you did need see this information as we do our best to make sure all guests are fully aware of all the details with regard any property they book with us. Unfortunately 3rd party sites can have restrictive standard listing templates that prevent us giving and showing all the information that we have on our own website hence why we always send with our booking form a link so guests can double check everything. best regards Lynn

Great property, great service, great communication
Great location, within 1 block of restaurants, and a supermarket. They had 24 hour security person walking the area. Not sure if it was needed, but appreciated. I am from USA so not familiar with the area. the property was modern, clean, and even had a stocked fridge if we needed. You had to pay for items if you took them. Daily cleaning of property. The roof deck and view was as the pictures showed. The management company office was just around the block.

Great house in a lovely neighbourhood
We stayed in a three room house and it was everything we could have wanted. It was spacious, clean and in a perfect neighbourhood 15 mins walk from the V and A. Cleaned promptly every day and a pool and hot tub on the roof terrace with views of Table Mountain. Would love to go back :)

Nice house, nice area, but....
We stayed at Loader Street 75 - the house and area are very nice, but we were not really able to enjoy it as planned as in the first night we had dozens of cockroaches in the kitchen, living room as well as bedroom...after pest control the next day the situation improved, but until the very last day we kept encountering 1-2 cockroaches per day, which given the price of the property was certainly not what we expected. Management was helpful and tried its best to improve the situation and finally gave us a small price rebate, but from our side we would not book again a house at Waterkant Cottages. We spoke to guests at other houses and they had less similar issues. So maybe we just had bad luck...

Look no further, this is it!
This is a fantastic property! Beautiful and modern with luxury standard. The views of Table mountain as well as the city from the roof top terrace is fantastic. The surrounding area is very nice. Many good restaurants, shopps and cafes within minutes from the house. The area is nice and clean and feels safe, it's also little away from any large road, so nice and quiet and no heavy traffic near by. I can highly recommend this place for anyone that would like to go to Cape Town, and will absolutely stay here again if I get a chance.

Amazing place and great facilities.
Amazing. Big plunge pool, but little space for sunbathing. BBQ and outside seating are great though by the pool. Also area at the front of the property which was great for breakfast. Property is really bright and rooms are huge. If you’re light sensitive, bring an eye mask for night times. Would book again without hesitation.

great option for mid term stays
75 Loader was great! the only problem was the super low water pressure at the shower of the master bedroom which made it difficult to shower (I know there's a water crisis in Cape Town but this was unreasonable)

3 days stay and 3 people knocking at our door trying to check in. One at 6am. Not impressed. Staff disinterested for 2 days and then reported to management. Do not book No 40 Napier Street fir this reason. Apartment comfortable but shower did leak badly all over the floor.

Great Self-Catering Apartment in a Good Location
Great place to stay as opposed to a hotel room. In a good location with restaurants and shopping center near by, Nice layout with view deck and small pool. Well maintained modern property with manager close by.
