The breakfast was good and location was central. Something about the hotel gave us all a rash. We think it was pool chemicals. As soon as we went to another hotel, the rash vanished.

Good, But not great.
It was a decent stay. However, a few things were lacking that were showcased by neighboring hotel resorts and the bathroom shower needed some maintenance (challenging to open and close) and the shelf was bent downward resulting in having to put shower amenities on the shower floor. Otherwise, the resort was comfortable and the included breakfast was adequate.

Kein bis schlechtes Internet. Lichtverhältnisse im Zimmer schlecht. Frühstück -> schlechte Auswahl, nicht beschriftet -> zum Teil weiß man gar nicht was es ist, wird nicht nachgefüllt.

Overall quite good but NO wifi in pool area at all, very disappointing. After advising staff, nothing was done and no one got back to me about it. Wifi in rooms also not great. Location was good, close to beach/restaurants. noisy in resort restaurant as road in between hotel and beach, however great view. Staff friendly but vague when asking questions.

Great value & location
Very nice place to stay we had a pool access room & was fantastic , staff were all friendly and nice, breakfast was ok the location was great, handy to shops bars and plenty of restaurants across the road from the beach, great value for the price

You get what you pay for.
The staff spoke very little English which shocked me as we have stayed in Phuket years ago and the service was better back than compared to this time. Getting assistance with anything was extremely difficult, they tried to charge all of us extra for things missing in our rooms on departure which was ridiculous three families travelling together and some things were in each other rooms. Overall was OK but I wouldn't stay there again I would try somewhere else - might be the same all over now since Covid who knows but no where in Phuket was anywhere as friendly as 11 years ago.

The rooms were really nice and the hotel is across the road from the beach. Pool is not huge but has a swim up bar and can charge to your room, which was convenient. Staff were not especially enthusiastic but who would be when its hot, busy, and having to navigate difficult guests daily. They did provide a beautiful juice on arrival that was refreshing. Internet was poor, but if I didnt have school work to do, this would not have mattered. There are elevators so rooms are accessible.

The beds are are hard as a rock, but common to all the hotel mattresses in Thailand hotels, I loved the property, and would definitely stay again when I. The area, the pool access rooms are definitely worth the little difference in cost

Resort with Non Smiling Staff
Was rather surprised that out of 10 hotel staff that we encountered, only 1 or 2 smiled at us. The others either turned their faces away, or kept a black face. Stayed there for a long period of 6 nights, yet when we asked for a short 1 to 2 hour late check out, we were refused outright completely. Hotel was quite far from the nearest convenience store and the morning Breakfast was terrible.

The pool access room was large and clean. Pool access from your room is via a large step with a spa jet. The step down is rather large which would make it difficult for some people to use but there is a pool ladder on the other side of the pool. The pool is separate to the main pool and receives very little sun so the water is pretty cold. Although the buffet breakfast didn’t have the variety of a lot of other resorts, it was still good. The resort is within walking distance of the beach (across the road) and many shops, restaurants, market stalls and bars. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and sizable, pictures were representative of actual room. Pool area was nice and was well used. Breakfast was ok, but was not as substantial as breakfast from other similar resorts that we stayed at around Phuket.

It is nice hotel, close to the sea but not directly on the beach as there is a main street to cross. The hotel do not offer chairs on the beach.

Was perfect. Just the town is very quiet. Actually only the 7/11 is opened. Which is unfortunate for the town. But its a beautiful place . Ive been advised to go up to rawai as there seems to be more action in that town. Hopefully tourism kicks back in for everybidy in this town

Отель хороший ночевать можно, кровать была хорошая, кондиционер работал исправно, вода лилась с отличным напором, гели, шампуни, тапочки и халаты все предоставляют, завтрак шведский стол, для завтрака покушать можно найти и голодным не уйдешь. Расположение отеля очень хорошее через дорогу сразу пляж на котором можно купаться. В округе много всего базаров и еды, а также аптеки. Советую, недорогой отличный отель.

Short break.
Very good location for beach and night life of the area. Hotel is good and staff are friendly. Could do with a slight refurbishment but overall for the price would stay a again.

The Expedia rating for this hotel was between 4 - 4.2. This is in no way a 4 star hotel. At most it is 3 star. There is potential for this hotel but it’s outdated and has not been up kept for a while. The bathroom was dirty and clearly not managed properly; the fixtures old and dusty and dirty. The pool had tiles chipped off and not replaced. I didn’t find the hotel staff at the reception desk, bartender and others particularly friendly. The only friendly person was the room attendant. We asked the tour desk about the cost of taking the bus and they couldn’t answer but to say to ask the bus driver. I’m sorry but that was not helpful!
