해변 산책, 주변 음식점, 쇼핑에 유리한 위치임. 주차장을 보유. 옥탑 테라스에서 석양을 보며 담소를 나눌 수 있는 공간이 좋음. 조식은 풍부하지 않으나 깔끔하며 정성 있음. 방은 작지만 짜임새 있게 배치. 직원들이 모두 친절하고, 시설도 청결함.

이중결재 대응 및 설명 불성실 - 현 이중결재 상태 중 해결 X 에어컨 X 세탁서비스 X 무료주차 X - 112세겔 (40000원 정도) 무료 아침 뷔폐 X 청결도 X 바다뷰 X - 건물 사이에 담배 태우는 사람만 보임 Lobby 및 Lounge 매우 협소 엘리베이터 일반인 4명 꽉껴서 탑승 가능 총체적 난국에 비용은 비싸다고 판단 - 466세겔 (약 160000원) 이스라엘 자체가 신발장은 없었네요. 설탕이랑 커피는 오래돼 눅눅하거나 뜯어진것도 있음. 욕조엔 뚜껑도 없음. 이 어플 사진도 안 올라가네요. 게다가 문의해도 답변도 미숙하고.. 올려진 사진은 단순 참조용이라며 틀린 사진도 참조하고 판단하라는 듯한 뉘앙스에 이중결재 부분도 어플도 많이 문제 있습니다. 그냥 결재됐으면 나중에 연락주세요가 끝임..ㅡㅡ

괜찮은 호텔
업무상출장때문에 갔는데 방이 좀 좁은거빼곤 괜찮네요. 아침식사야 모 그러려니 해도 하루종일 커피 먹을수있는건 좋더군요. 주변도 해변근처라ㅠ레스토랑도 많고 뒤쫏 쇼핑몰도 가까운편이구 괜찮았습니다.

The ambiance at Maxim is warm and welcoming. They are always ready to help and accommodate every need. The rooms are clean and every one of the staff from front desk to kitchen to housekeeping are always available to help. The rooftop patio overlooking the sea provides an opportunity for quiet relaxation and reflection. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Very nice rooms. Great happy hour reception every night. Breakfast goes way beyond 'continental'. Juanita Cohen-Eilat's nightly piano concerts during happy hour are wonderful and not to be missed. The Maxim is the BEST!!!

We stayed at this hotel in Tel Aviv for three days last week. The relationship between price and quality is perfect. Rooms look fresh and modern. The breakfast doesn’t have a lot of variety , but it was enough for us since we don’t like the huge buffets in other hotels because we eat too much. Location is perfect, one block from the boardwalk, and the beach. The best thing for us was the free parking, Although they clarified in advance, that parking is limited, we were lucky and we found a spot every time we came back. They have just 10 parking spots, I guess may not be sufficient on high season. The woman at the front desk was very polite and helped us every time we needed it. For the $125 we spent per night this hotel is a gem. Of course, you shouldn’t expect a luxurious hotel, but these cost four times more. We are planning to get back every time we return to Tel Aviv.

Another week . Absolutely awesome
The front desk is always responsive and attentive. The hotel is situated in a great neighborhood moments from lots of restaurants, cafes and great gelato. Breakfast is always very expansive and tasty.

Great Hotel and an awesome inclusive berakfast
The hotel is very comfortable in a great location with a view of the beach. Breakfast every morning is great. Wine in the evenings with homemade soup. This hotel is a gem.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Small, clean, very well-managed, and has a very friendly and efficient staff. It is located across the street from the beach next to other very expensive hotels but for half the cost. We loved sitting on the great rooftop terrace in the evening, relaxing and enjoying the cool breeze from the sea. The free hot breakfast was amazing and the evening Happy Hour with soup, wine, and cookies (something for everyone) was a nice touch. We had a great room with a view of the sea which we really enjoyed waking up to. The only thing I wished would have been better was the very small bathroom and the not-so-great showerhead. But we still had a great time and may stay there again in the future.

a very nice hotel, the view on the roof is incredible! The rooms are not that big, but they are very clean, the AC is working and in general completely fine. The breakfast is delicious as well as the snacks you get during the whole day or the happy hour. I really enjoyed it!

Bien la ubicación, snaks y happy hour que regalan vino, el único inconveniente que le vi fue que el tamaño de las habitaciones es muy pequeño, reservé dos camas individuales y aunque la base es individual no hay ni cómo moverlas por el espacio; aún así pude dormir bien en el sofá.

This is a lovely boutique hotel close to the beach. I had a single room, which is very small but charming. One window by the bed and a second in the bathroom. The rooftop and cocktail hour were a big plus for me. So many sunsets and a nice way to unwind from the day. The breakfast is great but limited in variety. I booked 9 nights; they need more variety. I went to the beach three times. Sunday was the best as I like my space. Saturday was difficult. I also booked 3 tours through the front desk and the drivers arrive/drop off at the hotel across the street; perfect. For a travelers that wants to take the 554 bus, it's very affordable but takes an hour,, it stops about 3 blocks away, not a bad walk. I couldn't do it as I arrived on Saturday afternoon. I was going to do it when leaving, but another guest was heading back to the airport at the same time and we shared a cab. Be warned as of July 2023 the area roads are under construction. It could be this way for a long time to come. I'd book again.

I like the location, near the beach and on a major north-south roadway. The food and cleaning staff were average, and the hotel staff in the lobby was very helpful. The tour that I signed up for (Jerusalem and West Bank) was amazing, though our bus driver was annoying and drove erratically.
