The staff was underwhelming. The Person checking me in different even know where my room was located. The “continental breakfast” seemed to be out of everything or out of order. The water pressure was poor. When taking a shower, the hot water and cold water would take turns appearing. The ocean view rooms were on the 3rd floor, no stairs. Beach access was very close! There’s even a foot rinse by the stairs going to the beach. Shops and restaurants were just a short walk. With everything I said, I’d stay there again because the price was great!

Room was nice for the price but the pool was completely freezing and it was supposed to be heated.

Convenient location, friendly staff, walkable location and dog friendly. What more could a traveler want? In the next month or so when I make another trip to OR, I’ll be making a stop here again. Thanks for the great experience.

Nice staff. Good view. Cute rooms. Only complaint was breakfast, very limited choices and area is tiny. Very cute and cozy but SMALL.

the pool was not working Again Stayed in February for seafood festival and pool was out and it was out again like to stay at your place family friendly but was very sad my family couldn't swim and relax

Great little find, tucked away at Nye beach; walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the beach. Clean rooms with space to move around. Would stay here again! 😊

Awesome ocean view. Quality coffee maker in the room. The elevator was a bit rusty but that's what the salty ocean air tends to do to metal!

It is just north of Nye Beach, and amazing for the price point! The staff here is so polite, inviting, and nice. Staff and price are the reason we keep coming back to this hotel, at least monthly.

The property is located in a great spot. We've stayed here a few times now. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice. I don't recommend the bottom level, it's been beat to pieces and you hear everything from the top room. The dry sauna and vending machine has been out of order since October '23, possibly longer... but this is when we started staying here. The pool is freezing! And this last time the hot tub was full of sand. Also stay out of the grass or you will step in dog poop. And if you don't make it at 8am for the cold wimpy breakfast, it's gone and the staff doesn't restock even though they hangout there. I'm disappointed even after they finished the office renovation nothing really was improved for the guest.

No fan in the bathroom. VERY slippery tub. Not enough plug ins...had to plug the coffee pot in on the floor beside the bed. Worn and shabby all around. The bed was comfortable. The heater in the room was so noisy we needed earplugs to sleep.

We used this property many time pre-Covid and were satisfied. However, we'll NEVER stay here again. Since then, it's become really run down and staff don't really seem to care what's going on. Ignored upon check-in and had to ask what room we were in. Avoid this one. While the location is cool, if you use it, bring bug spray and a place to hang your own towels.

Pretty basic property but it is right at Nye Beach, the rooms are spacious and clean, the free breakfast is decent and the price is very very good.

It was OK. Large room. limited towels, one for each person. Only one trash can in unit. Breakfast was served 30 min late. Would stay again because of price. If you’re looking for comfort and luxury stay somewhere else.

Not their fault. Weather caused hot water to go out, elevator not to work, and walkway were covered with ice. They did offer a discount for the inconvenience. May have caused problems with laundry also, as we did not get towels or washcloths. Was hoping for a lamp, but I’m sure they were really busy.
