Staff was outstanding and accommodating. The area of town where located is questionable. Obviously not the fault of staff. Couldn’t say more about the great service they provided.

Andrew was very polite, mannerly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and well lit and the area is safe. A big recommend !

The property was nice. Some things were a little dated but overall it was clean and comfortable. Right next door to Shoneys with other fast foof places further down the road.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is not far from downtown Columbia, SC nor the airport. Breakfast areas were ready and clean prepped early in the morning by hard-working staff. He also kept the area clean with other housekeepers. I would highly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a short-term or long-term stay, it is very clean and convenient for getting to the town which is right off the exit. Please support the local and check it out!!!!

Value stay near CAE
This hotel was a good choice and good value for what we needed: a night’s stay near the airport. Facilities were a little dated but in overall good repair, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. We would stay here again. They do charge a somewhat hefty deposit, but it was refunded within a reasonable time. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall cleaness, but they did charged $6 extra per night for hospitality which we did not know when booking through Orbitz.

Absolutely absurd - my dog got out of our room for maybe 2 minutes and they refused to give back our security deposit Not even sure how she got out of our room considering a small dog can’t even reach the door handle Then they went in our room without warning The lady at the front desk said because the GM saw the dog in the hallway it was their choice to not give us back the 150$ security deposit. Again the only ones that have access to our room were the ones who saw the dog “escape” and were the only ones who happened to be able to enter our room without knowledge to put her back? We were gone for maybe 5 minutes and when I got back to our room she was asleep on the bed Starting to think the dog never was out at all - Very rude and the two people at the front desk working 3 pm on Nov 25th seriously need to learn how to talk to customers or work somewhere where they don’t have to communicate with other people Will NOT be back.

Thank you for your review. At check in you were told of all rules for pets. Cameras showed your dog in hallway by itself for more than 20 minutes. Front desk tried calling you you and no answer. When myself and front desk staff went up to try to put the dog back into your room the dog ran at us causing issues as we are not sure how nice your dog is. We only opened your door for the dog, we did not enter your room. If your dog had bitten someone staff or another guest you could have been held legally liable which our hotel was trying to prevent. Hotel policy states on the registration card which you sign and a notice posted on the front desk the hotel reserves the right to charge 350 for non-disclosed animals, pets off leash, and unattended pets. We do hope this explains what happened better and you continue staying with Sleep Inn.

most outlets in our room didn't work. Breakfast was closed earlier than stated on Saturday. Food was allowed to run out on Sunday with no sense of urgency on the part of staff to replace. Dirty towels and bath mat were removed, but not replaced. Shower had a damaged handle, so water temp regulation was difficult. bath sink water would not warm. Staff seemed friendly, but clueless for the most part

Comfortable bed - room was a bit tired but still good value for what we paid - a lot of rules including $150 deposit they say they hold for up to 10 business days - breakfast was mediocre

Thank you for your review. Rules in place are to protect guests and hotel along with the security deposit. The return of the deposit to the guest is between the banks, some go back immediately some can take up to 14 business days. We do look forward to seeing you again soon.

The staff was pleasant and the room ok. When we went to breakfast at 8:20, there wasn’t any food left though 😞. So no breakfast for us.

We looked back at cameras and they did show our breakfast attendant did bring out pastries trays refilled, sausage and eggs within moments after you walked away. We do hope to see you again and hopefully you will be able to try our extended breakfast.
