잔지바르에서 가장 아름다운 해변과 전망을 갖춘 리조트입니다. 객실, 음식, 종업원 모두 최상으로 관리되고 있어서 휴양지로서 지내기에 정말 편안했습니다.

직원이 매우 친절하다 들었는데 그렇지 않았다. 도착했을때 예약한 정보가 제대로 전달되지 않아 착오가 있었고, 그 과정에서 방번호가 바뀌는 등 불쾌한 기분이 들었음. 식당에는 파리가 너무 많아서 청결하지 않았음. 힐튼 멤버십 리워드도 아직까지 정립되지 않았음. 아쉬움이 많이 남는 5박이었음.

pleasant stay
We had a very relaxing and satisfying stay there for two nights. Beach was close to the hotel and the swimming pool was good for the kids. However, the kids pool was a little bit too slippery so that we didn't really use it. At first, we booked for B&B, but after arriving, we realized that it is not easy to go out for dinner with two chilren, so we upgraded our meal plan. (2 dinners for 2 adults with 80 dolloars / children under 6 were free of charge which was perfect for us) Facilities are a bit old, but overall well maintained. I would recommend it for family trip.

Excellent spa treatments. The view from the hotel is lovely with gorgeous blue waters. Overall the food and drink are average at best. We had stayed before a few years back and noticed the decline. With the all inclusive package now, sparkling wine is no longer included along with a number of mixed drinks. Certain foods at the buffet ran out and weren’t refilled. The air conditioning was broken in our room (it was 104/40 degrees c). We contacted the front desk and requested a room change, but there were no rooms available. They tried to fix the a/c but it still didn’t work. 2 days later we were given another room, along with complimentary massages as an apology, which was a nice touch. Had a wonderful time with our friends, but have mixed feelings about recommending it again.

Overall the property is in a great location with very good facilities. Food was above average. New Year's eve on the other hand was amazing. Everything was brilliant. Staff were also fantastic. The only gripe with the surrounding areas were that it is very poor and a huge tourist trap. The other gripe with Zanzibar in general is that you are constantly harassed from the beach by locals dancing, selling trinkets and tours - the saving grace for Turaco is that the beach seating is elevated so it mitigates a lot of the harassment. There are no great tours worth doing. Snorkelling with Dolphins is a night mare for you and the dolphins. Scores of boats following them - it was unpleasant and very far on a boat. Over all I would recommend the property for Zanzibar

Climatisation trop bruyante et ventilateur encore plus, restaurant très beau et bien placé mais la nourriture n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on trouve à côté. Pour le breakfast impossible d'avoir un expresso sans passer par la case supplément, le café étant vraiment insipide. Sinon le reste est conforme à la description. Reste à revoir le prix des prestations du Spa, la concurrence étant particulièrement active sur ce sujet.

Hotel is beautiful and very relaxing. The roads right outside leading to the hotel is really bad, don't recommend for pregnant ladies it's really rough. We enjoyed our stay hope to return in the future

Sleepless in Nungwi
Completely lack of interest in resolving critical problems. I’m not a person who complains a lot but when the ceiling fan squeaks loudly once per second all the time and I can’t sleep for a week I do complain. Three times actually and staff chooses to do nothing. Not even giving feedback on why it can’t be resolved or trying to solve it with a workaround. A portable desk fan would probably been enough to create an indoor temperature possible to sleep in. Just a “I’m sorry” during checkout. Have never experienced such uninterested service level attention at any 4-5 star property before.

The staff was excellent, I felt right at home good food great juices and coffee. There was a band performing the night I was there very good vibe. The beach is exceptionally beautiful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend nungwi beach resort

We booked beach front room the room was good and location was good as well Just the buffet was mediocre limited choice and not fresh bakery for the price we payed we were expecting better food so we were eating all the time outside the hotel Also I got lost my wallet in the room be careful with your things and make sure you close your luggage also the bad things is that the make you buy for coffee from machine for breakfast knowing that we payed the room 212 dollar per night that was really disappointing never saw in any hotel before

An Okay Stay with a Pricey Dismay
It’s a nice hotel but maybe a bit pricy. Staff is friendly and the service is good. Security at the beach front feels assuring. Very nice pool and bar. Loved it. Seafront is also amazing and one of the best places to capture the sunset. Some details; prices on massage is ridiculous high (and try to rip you off), prices on drinks is above average, and one time they mixed up vodka in our gin and tonic. However I really miss a clear commitment to the community when staying in a resort like this. No sign of any contribution back to the local community. The hotel has not even bothered to fix the road into the hotel. I’m not assured that staying in this hotel sufficiently contributes back to local community.

The resort was great; however, overpriced. The room had a strong smell; we weren't sure whether it was urine or drainage. The in-room telephone did not work therefore we had to go to reception for our queries until it got fixed. The maintenance staff left a huge part of the bathroom ceiling uncovered after fixing one of the issues we brought to their attention, we then had to report the uncovered ceiling. Top notch Zanzibar resort! All of the staff was delightful. The breakfast and dinner had extensive selections to please everyone in our group. We enjoyed the drinks at the pool bar - the bartenders are good at their job! The beach lounge area was beautiful with plenty of chairs for all guests along the beach and along the beautiful pool. The rooms were large and well appointed. The tide goes out midday making swimming at the beach less convenient but we walked around the corner of the island some days (5 minute walk to sandy beach with nearby water) and used the pool other days. Mornings and evenings the beach is easy to swim at the hotel. This was well worth the money spent and we would definitely choose to stay here again for our next Zanzibar vacation!

Super good hotel
L'hotel si trova in ottima zona e dispone di spiaggia privata con un sufficiente numero di lettini ed ombrelloni per ogni ospite. Lo staff è davvero gentile. Ottimi cocktails vengono serviti al bar della spiaggia. La camera era spaziosa e pulita.

Das hotel ist wirklich ein Traum gewesen. Das personal war mega aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Personal hat einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und frisch. Es wurde frisch gegrillt und es gab eine Pasta Station, wo die Pasta nach deinen Wünschen zubereitet wurde. Es wurden mehrere Aktivitäten angeboten.
