Mold was found on the sink and the shower wouldn’t drain properly! We were moved THE NEXT day to a higher room and only received $60 off!

I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, being in hotel management and knowing certain procedures still left me in a predicament that was unimaginable. Being that I knew I was traveling 4 hours away I called to make the desk aware & Ricky told me reservations was first come first serve which made no sense & on top of that he was rude & unwilling to help. Upon arriving it was no rooms & the staff said I should’ve had a room assigned especially with me giving the heads up of my late arrival but he would waive the cancellation fee…. Very inconvenient.

Nice hotel. Had a nice smell in the lobby and room. Need a little bit of upgrade on the whirlpool tub and the wet bar faucet. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Issues with plumbing in my room, slow drain in shower and sink. Sink made gurgling noises and carpet was wet from what seemed like a leak underneath, could not see where was coming from

The first room we were put in had a musty, moldy smell with riped curtains. The whole hallway smelled on the 6th floor. They switch us to the 4th floor better smeel but bsthroom had pee on the bowl, bedsheets had holes alarm kept going off. Emailed management but never got a reply. Overall, a bad experience.

My recent hotel stay was a nightmare. Chaotic check-in, overwhelmed clerk dealing with a police matter, 20-minute wait, unactivated room keys, and a malfunctioning elevator added to the ordeal. The elevator door opened prematurely, causing me to twist my ankle. The room was filthy, with hair in the tub, burnt covers, mold, a cracked mirror, and a blanket covered in sticky fake nails. Despite wanting to leave, booking with reward points trapped me. Overall, a terrible experience I’ll never repeat.

Take your time PLEASE and listen to every detail. Communicate your needs and know details fully before committing to anything. Was charged things unknowingly because no one communicated things in full. Otherwise I would have had better understanding to choose from either of the choices & avoid a particular charge!😒 Also walk around and check furniture before unloading, just so you’ll have time for transferring if necessary.
