편하게 쉴수있는 호텔
시내에서조금떨어져있지만 우버앱을 이용해서 어렵지않게 시내로 나갈수있었습니다. 호텔은 수영장에서 놀고 앞에 해변산책..1층식당이나마트 이용해서 잘쉬고 잘먹고 잘놀았습니다. 다만 주방식기가 부족했고 에어컨에서 오래된 필터냄새가 났습니다.

완전강추! 라마단 기간엔 특히 강추
너무 만족합니다. 가족이나 친구 여러명과간다면 당연 호텔방 여러개를 잡아야하지만 저도 처음으로 콘도식 호텔을 잡아봤는데 우리나라 콘도와 비슷해 음식도 자유롭게 먹고 청소도해주고 방이 세개라 각자 프라이버시 존중되고 공유되는 거실도있어 늦게까지 술한잔이나 얘기하기도 좋고 넘 만족 거기에 라마단 기간이라 거의 40ㅡ50프로 프로묘션해서 9만원대에 잡을수있었고 이걸 네명이 쉐어하니 2만5천원도 안되는 돈으로 너무 만족해 저희는 4박을했다는.. 코타는 반은 리조트를잡고 반은 현지투어 신청하니 투어할때 어차피 픽업, 센딩해주니 이 호텔강추. 택시타고 제셀튼포인트까지도 20큰택시 30링킷정도 참고로 전 일반실말고 한단계 업그레이드 하여 숙박하였습니다. 일반실은 묵지않아 잘모르니 참고하세요

총 3박을 머물렀으나 첫날은 샤워기의 고장, 둘 째날은 변기의 고장, 마지막 날은 에어컨의 고장. 잠자리는 편안 하였으나 그 외 모든 것들이 별로 였음

要注意 シャトルバスの時刻表は意味がない シャトルバスは予約する必要がある、予約しても次の時刻表の時間に来いと言われたことがあった 迎えを頼んでいたのに迎えが来ない とにかくシャトルバスサービスは使い物にならない

房間很大，基本設備齊全，但設施有點殘舊，第二日坐廁還爆了水管，水不斷湧出，整個洗手間水浸，職員還要2小時後才來處理

Overall, the hotel is good. It is clean and comfortable, the facilities are good. The price is attractive but when I used Expedia to book the hotel, I had to pay more RM10 for the tourist tax, that is unreasonable.

Hotel Review
During check out the staff was not friendly and was on middle of phone chatting while I was standing in-front of him.. Feel very disappointed when I have to wait for more than half an hour just for housekeeping to confirm for my release.. Another incident I left my satin cloth and have to wait for more than an hour just to get my cloth and have to fill up form to get the cloth.

酒店位置好，易找，前台服務員也算佳，但酒店清潔度不足，WiFi接收近乎無。竟然無熱水供應，洗澡間去水位竟然有利器陷阱令人容易割場，第一天洗澡令2人受傷，真心要改善。

Good location. Good view.
What is lacking are the essentials like : 1. Iron 2. Micro oven or toaster 3. Pots and pans 4. Gas. In the previous stay, I was provided with all the above as part of the service-apartment package.

Don't trust the pictures.
Plus - Good location: quiet neighbourhood with easy access to town and other tourist attractions. Small grocery store is situated in the same building for stocking up on supplies. Quick checking in and out at the front desk. There are a number of good staff there - friendly and attentive. But there are also a number of stuck-ups there as well. Minus - Sparsely furnished (unlike the ones shown in the pictures). Cleaners didn't do a good job making up the rooms. Parking is not free, even for guests. It is made worse if one is to enter and exit the parking garage multiple times in a day because it is on a per entry basis. No convenient ramps to assist the elderly and those physically challenged. Housekeeping personnel cannot take and fulfil multiple requests. Multiple calls had to be made to get iron, ironing board, and hair dryer to be sent to the room. The refrigerator doesn't work, and no attempts were made to get it fixed even after informing the front desk twice. We quit asking after those 2 times. Their practice is to "ignore the guest, and eventually the guest will quit asking; hence, solving the problem." A day's worth of groceries went bad because of the fridge. Thanks to those at the front desk.

The first apartment we checked in the aircon weren't cold. Waited hours for Maintenance Staff to check/fix it. By then it was midnite. They changed us to another Unit. In the 2nd Unit the Guest Bathroom there was a leakage in the washing basin. The receptionist on duty that night was very efficient and friendly to ensure our stay is comfortable. He took quick actions to do the necessary arrangements. Some units need proper maintenance before renting out to guests.

Good rooms, not great service
The stay was fine. Miscommunication on the booking regarding availability of baby cots but this was sorted out through persistence and talking to management. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only one air con remote given for the entire 3 bedroom apartment! Use of Wi-Fi is charged as additional. Use of cooking equipment is charged as additional, even cutlery. Only glasses are provided in the apartment inclusive of room cost. Make sure you ask for your deposit back as the hotel attendant "forgot" to hand mine back and I had to ask for it.

The hotel was good, very clean & the staff also provide good service but wifi is not free as per info in the booking detail. Only 18MB is free, more than that need to pay RM5/day. Small room with no windows

有飯店與亞庇市區的免費接送巴士，也可以在亞庇市Jalan K.K.bypass公車亭隨招公車到飯店路口Jalan Istiadat下車，飯店旁邊的mall也有大超市，可開火也有鍋子盤子...這次住的是premier suite，2張單人床兩間，1間雙人床含衛浴，整個空間大小較1 Borneo旁的apartment大一倍，很值得再來住一次…

Poor condition
a rude male staff at the front desk, who is unhappy when we check in . This apartment is over rated for the price. The air condition is no longer running in the master bed room on the unit i purchased, but they are still selling the room. Followed by mice are found running around in the rooms, and we cought some of them too. The condition of the kitchen is poor as well.

the reception named Freddik/Freddy is rude and arogant. He told me when I arrived to check in, he hadn't had a clue when my room will be ready. I arrived at 2:30pn on July 24. He said it with an attitutes too. when I get a room, the master bed room's air condition was out of service. the second room was embedded by mice, and the air cond was running with water like a water falls.. I went to placed a complaint, and a nice lady named Marsia offered to changed a room for me. y

長期滞在や男女グループで行きやすいホテル
口コミか辛口なのも多かったので行くまでは不安でしたが、 部屋も広く快適でした。 私たちが泊まったデラックスはシャワーとトイレが二つずつあったので男2女2では利用しやすかったです。 ただシャワーがなぜかお湯が出ないことがあったのが残念でした。 でも、多少は寒いですが現地が暑いのでなんとかなります。 ホテルの受付の人も対応が良くなく英語も話せない人もいますが、訴え続けたら話せる人が出てきてくれて希望も出来る限り聞いてくれます！

Good location, bad maintenance
This condotel is located at the centre of all tourist spots. Very convenient. However, the balcony and elecators are very old and creepy looking. The sofa in the unit I stayed is collapsing anytime.
