The overall totality of your comment is quite disturbing and completely out of character when it comes to our daily practices. Perhaps, the magnitude of your complaint was never reported to any Guest Service Staff or Management Team to research your findings. Regarding the security deposit, it is a standard policy to take a deposit from all the guests checking in.
