The beds are so wore out and you sink all the way down, the toilet is broken and not even fadtene to the floor. Be very careful getting off of it or you'll fall over. The shower pull only lets half the water out of shower head leaving little pressure. Advertised breakfast but it is continental.. big difference.Certainly would not recommend this property to others or stay here again

I couldnt take a comfortable shower. The water wouldnt get hot and it ended up all over the floor. I only had 3 rough towels to dry off with and dry the floor.

We had a flood in our room when the bathtub was draining. The front desk lady said she would contact Expedia to arrange for a price reduction/refund…never happened. The new tiles were cracked in the room we were moved to, and the room supplies were very limited and of poor quality. The parking space outside by the rooms was littered with cigarette butts.

We too are not fond of the constant cigarette butts that are tossed onto the floor DAILY, we do provide many trash cans and butt cans throughout the property however we have not mastered the art of getting people to use them. We apologize for the inconvenience of the toilet overflowing onto the floor. though the desk clerk tried to do all she could to accommodate the situation and was able to get you into another room, we do apologize that it was not on the same floor we do understand that was important to you. We are looking into why you have not received any information from the discount situation. Again, we apologize for the issues that occurred during your stay and hope you give us another chance to earn back your business.

There was nothing unique about this property but for the price it was average. The "breakfast" left something to be desired. Twinkies, etc. are not breakfast food IMHO. The advertised internet was not available. There is a small note in the office saying it might not be accessible in all areas -- it was even available in the office! Couldn't make a reservation for our next stop so that was very disappointing.

Property unclean. Noisy party all night. Tried calling front desk about noise but they did not answer call. Uncomfortable beds. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

This property is very old. The room had trash still on the ground and some in the trash can. Also still had food in the "freezer". Continental breakfast was not worth the stay.

We stayed for just a quick overnight, but the room was good and warm when we arrived. We slept well and the breakfast was sufficient with fruit, instant oatmeal choices, hard boiled eggs, waffles, and the typical Continental Breakfast things. I would stay here again.

I waited at the counter for 20 minutes and no one was there to check us in. I ended up calling the place and heard it ring in back and then get silenced. After a bit the front desk lady came out completely unaware I was there. Place is pretty dirty. Stains on rugs. Bathtub is cracked and rotted. But at least we have waffles for breakfast in the morning….. well nope we got up early just to be at breakfast by 9 as told and there was a sign on the door stating “lobby closed sorry” on the door. This was at 830. Frustrating experience and honestly I want my money back.

Ok room just no hot water.
We got in and found that there was no hot water. My hubby went and talked to guy at from desk (he was actually sitting outside petting a cat). Jr told hubby that sometimes the water handles are mixed up. We had already checked that scenario. So no shower. The next morning hubby called the front desk and they said they could move us to a different room. Sorry. I’m already up and dressed. Moving to another room last night would have been better. I guess the guy last night was new. Hopefully they will give him some training
