This stay was absolutely amazing! Staff was warm and welcoming, love that the pool is 24/7. Thats fantastic. Breakfast was also amazing. Really amazing selections! We will stay again! The price was great for the quality we received!

The bed was very hard. Gave me a back ache. The fridge did not work properly. Kept getting cold then stopped. The room was good. The staff was nice. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The pool and hot tub looked nice but did not use it. Breakfast was good. They had waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, bagels, yogurt, cereals, granola bars and coffee and juice. Would have been nice to have some water for those who dont drink cofee or juice.

The accessible room we booked here was actually accessible. We have had other "accessible" rooms we booked at other motels that were not accessible at all. One even wanted the handicapped person to climb a flight of stairs to get to the room we booked as accessible! Our room here was clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. The staff were pleasant, efficient, and helpful. We will return to this motel if our travels bring us back to the area.

good reason for price option on highway 5 in Ashland. decent breakfast in the morning, even as an indoor hot tub and pool. a safe, easy option if you're on the highway 5 or just visiting the area.

I was surprised to find a very, very nice indoor pool in which I was able to do laps for 50 minutes. What a treat!! Perfecgt water and temperature.

Expedia advertises this hotel as having an EV charger at the property. That is why I booked it (I drive an EV). In fact, the hotel does not have an EV charger, has not had one in years, and there are no off-site EV chargers within walking distance of the hotel. They told me they have no control over what Expedia says about them. I had to change plans and stay at a different hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our tv wouldn’t work and she came right up to fix. The only other issue was bathroom light wouldn’t turn off. Just closed the door so light didn’t disturb our sleep.

Our bathroom in room 225 was extremely dirty. We lifted the toilet seat and there were stains that looked like diarrhea. The shower head was completely grimy and the bar where the curtain for showering is held up was so unstable and it didn’t feel safe to put our towels there. I took pictures of everything. I am completely dissatisfied with my stay here.

The hotel was clean and safe. Very comfortable beds and nice room amenities. Small fee for pet stay at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend for other travelers.

Not the greatest Comfort Inn
We had a problem with our room, in that the toilet seat was falling off, missing one of the screws to hold it in place. Not only is this unacceptable, but it means their cleaning crew did not report it and possibly never even noticed it. That means they did not sanitize the bathroom. We asked to change rooms but they were sold out that night, they claimed. However, the next day, the clerk immediately offered to change our room. Otherwise, the rooms we had were fine, though a bit worn compared to other Comfort Inns.

Pool too cold...hot tub too hot...spent 10 nights...water level in pool dropped over a foot in that time...tells me no one maintaining or cleaning it...smelled foul in pool room itself...never had towels in pool area available...1 inch thick layer of calcium buildup on shower head had to scrub off to use...tiles falling off the walls...hallways smelled like gas all the time when stepping out of room...no TV service the entire stay...only good thing was breakfast and the young lady working the front desk during the day....will not be staying there again anytime soon

Great Hotel for the Price
Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, room was clean with everything in working order, choice of breakfast foods was good and it’s very dog friendly.

We stayed for one week and the room was cleaned, beds made, etc. once! The beds were quite comfortable. The room needed to be updated.

Our family of 4 drove over 5 hours on our way to this hotel. The staff were very nice and friendly. It is an older hotel and we showed up during a wind event. It was not the hotels fault 50 mh gust wind was hitting the window all night. Didnt have a chance to try the pool but it was 24 hrs. The breakfast room was nice and the food great. Lots of options. I liked how the room was set up with the sink area outside of the shower area. Helped us get ready for bed . Great stay, will book again.

Bed was comfortable, but the room was run down, lampshade was broken, was hair in the shower, and the tv didn’t work. The front desk staff was nice but it seemed understaffed and would benefit from some customer service training as he seemed a bit out of his element. We only saw one employee present. He didn’t pick up the phone when we called repeatedly about trying to get the tv fixed.

Window was left open and the room was very cold when we arrived. The heater is in the back bedroom and had to work for hours to heat up the front sitting room. We felt there must have been some weird smell from the previous renters or something. Room was not maintained the best. Blackout curtain was ripped in multiple places and the woodwork in the bathroom was beaten up badly.

Good location off the freeway but very noisy early in the morning. Did have beautiful views of the hillside with fall foliage. Was disappointed by the breakfast. Had to stand and wait for the eggs which turned out to be overly salted. The bagels were dry and tasted like they were days old. There needed to be someone to monitor the guests to help bus tables/Empty garbage, etc. I did like the mattress- very comfy. The front desk employees were friendly which was a plus.
