Hi Susan! We are so sorry that your stay did not mean your satisfaction. Can you please let me know what specifically we could have done to improve? Our pool is heated but only to 87 degrees as much of the time it's very hot here and the pool tends to be warmer from the sunshine.

Hi there! Thanks so much for your feedback. I am happy to hear that we met your needs. I can assure you that we are working diligently to resolve the issues with the water pressure. This should be resolved within the month. I do apologize about our hotels location. This time of year you can hear the airport noise and we located on a busy intersection, however we are conveniently located by the downtown area and many of the local attractions for our guests to enjoy at ease. I hope we have a better opportunity to serve you in the future.

Thanks David! Our pool deck gets cleaned every 3 months ago, but raining season can bring in a lot of debris and make the deck look dirty. Along with out trash in the retention ponds. Those have been cleared out now that they are dry :)
