It was good but starting to get a bit run down. Everything isn't on perfect working order and is starting to show its age. Lots of little things, very hard to say exactly what. Staff were friendly, food was good (very Colombian) and services were great.

Great service. Staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Food is awesome, delicious. Entertainment options are great. Beaches are fantastic. Only issues is the humidity in some areas of the building, access to apartments have no ramps for people with walking problems, and staff should stop people in the restaurant to feed the native mapaches. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

We liked it very much. For those who don’t speak Spanish May be challenging. Staff was cordial and friendly. Chairs was a little bit of an issue in the beach. Food was good.

The entrance to this property is unsafe. Its a 30 minute drive in an unpaved road. The hotel doesn't inform you about this and it's a scary experience.

This is an excellent peninsula/island resort that is extremely beautiful. The people are outstandingly cordial and go the extra mile. If you want a nice beautiful vacation in Colombia, i highly recommend. The trip from Cartegena to Baru is a little rough once you croos the bridge to Baru, and the internet can be spotty at times. But that is expected of a remote resort as such. But once you are there, i promise you will love it.

Visitamos el hotel en Junio 2023 y fue una decepción y creo que no vale su costo Hotel viejo, calidad y variedad de los alimentos muy promedio, de snacks sirven: hamburguesas y hot dogs solamente, bebidas simplemente horribles. De los peores all inclusive Siento que fui de vacaciones hace 20 años. Mi error, debí haber evaluado mejor las opiniones, hotel 3 estrellas, no mas. A su favor, la playa es linda, pero no volveremos. Consideren trayecto de 1 hora y media para llegar desde Cartagena por tierra, o mejor quédense en Cartagena, estuve en Hotel Bantu by Faranda en Ciudad Amurallada y fue una excelente experiencia en cuanto a calidad, atención, habitaciones hermosas e impecables, así como un desayuno completo excelente servicio y ubicación céntrica. Espero les sirva mi opinión.

The place is beautiful, nice private beach area, calm water. Lots of wild life, staff is great and willing to help. It was mostly local tourism the days we were there. The place is very expansive, lots of walking and no elevators, wouldn't work for older people or parents with small children on strollers. Cartagena traffic is crazy, don't even think about renting a car. The last 6 km are on a dirt road which turns really bad when it rains. The entertainment team is very busy, lots of activities.

My travel to this hotel was in April 2023. Standard room was ok until raccoon’s got into the air duct above our room and started to mate at 5am. The reception area was nice enough to switch our room but given that we were only there for 2 nights, one night was very uncomfortable. The food is below poor average. The reviews I read prior to booking are exactly correct. But I decided to give them a chance. I have stayed in all inclusive resorts before but this does not stand a chance. Also note, The beach area is rocky and small. Wouldn’t recommend. Pay extra and stay at Sofitel on the opposite side which I also stayed in March 2023. You will love it. Now, they really know cuisine and impeccable service!

They try…and we made it fun…for us since we were there…but would not go back or recommend! Rough to get to from Cartagena….thugs on road banging your car so you give them money. Horrendous two mile dirt, muddy, bumpy road from main road to get to resort. Staff tried, nice and clean but you have to rush down to beach by 7am to save one of the limited beach chairs.

Worst service ever, very lazy employees that act like they are giving something fro free. Really bad food from the buffet and very hard to get reservations in any other restaurant. Front desk need to take some costumer services classes!

Please DO NOT STAY at this property. Lunch Buffet was the worst I've ever had. It literally had cold food and not enough options to eat from, their juices were water down or not even fresh. Drinks at the bar sucks and are served in Paper Cups...couldn't believe it. All the cocktails were bad and only had 2 beer options. We couldn't get dinner reservations via online so had to speak with a supervisor who was kind enough to help. We arrived at 1 pm but weren't allowed to check in till 3 pm and made us pay extra to have lunch..what a rip off. There are many other properties in the area but this all inclusive isn't worth your money

Mala experiencia, no regresaríamos
Decepcionada desde nuestra llegada. No nos recibieron amablemente, llegamos a las 14:00 ( check a las 15:00) en todos los hoteles te reciben y puedes ocupar las instalaciones hasta que tu habitación este lista a las 15:00, acá no… nos dijeron que Debíamos pagar un sobre cargo Si queriamos almorzar ( siendo un all Inclusive que ya habíamos pagado). El Perosnal Poco amable al Recepcionarnos, esperamos hasta las 15:00 y la Habitacion no estaba lista… fuimos a almorzar pero a esa hora ya no funciona el Restorant. Solo esta disponible el De snack ( hamburguesas y hoy dog en el Menu , se demoraron bastante en atendernos, luego llegamos a La habitación y las maletas aún no estaba ahi… tuvimos que esperar como hasta las 17:00 que recién las trajeron después de insistir… los vendedores del tiempo compartido demasiado insistentes y agotadores a cada momento querían interceptarnos para que fuéramos a la Charla… no nos gustó el Hotel pensábamos quw sería una mejor experiencia como los all Inclusive de Mexico o Punta Cana pero no lo es. Le falta mucho, las habitaciones simples y antiguas. No nos gustó la experiencia no nos volveríamos a alojar aquí nunca más. El Personal es desatento En general salvo algunas excepciones.

Excellent getaway, sadly no wifi on the rooms. Plus their eco-friendly promise doesnt line up with their beverage policy, we had our own glasses and they still wasted multiple small plastic and paper cups to serve us.

Las instalaciones agradables. La comida deliciosa y muy variada, no tuvimos oportunidad de tener hambre jajaja. El servicio excelente, los empleados en general se esmeran por ofrecer un trato cordial y están pendientes de los huéspedes. No me gustó que llaman el plan "all inclusive" y hay un "All inclusive plus" (????) ¿No tendría sentido que si TODO está incluido, es TODO?. ¿Cómo es posible que haya TODO incluído y más? Entonces no TODO está incluído. Alguien no está usando buena semántica, o simplemente no se dice la verdad. Otro detallito pequeño que no me gustó fue el de los vasitos de cartón para los cocteles, supongo que es debido a la pandemia pero era doloroso ver todos esos vasito por todas partes contaminado el ambiente y llenando las canecas de basura. Una cosa más, nos quedamos sin dinero y no había acceso a un cajero automático. Los vendedores en la playa se llevaron todo el efectivo.

Respecto al uso de los vasos de cartón, queremos contarle que ha sido un proyecto con responsabilidad ambiental para reemplazar el uso de los vasos plásticos desechables, estos vasos de cartón a pesar de ser descartables, tienen un potencial de aprovechamiento a través de una separación en fuente, que realizamos con apoyo de nuestro Gestor de Residuos aliado. Is NOT ALL INCLUSIVE Terrible vacations hungry all the time The restaurant’s have a specific time to you make reservations everything is far and lot stairs. No cóctels at the pool so if you want it,you have to walk around block and half to get it by the beach or at the lobby The food simply like rice, chicken, salads, pastas and one time fish and coconut rice But if you want to eat at the seafood restaurant you have to get up at 7am and make reservations but by 7:15 am is no more available. At the beach if you hungry you have wait until they open the restaurant or walk again 2 blocks to get a hamburger, hotdogs, soup I was waiting for the ceviche, cocadas, mangos that you get at the beach I won’t recommend this place because is NOT ALL INCLUSIVE

El lugar es soñado. Las habitaciones amplias pero con poca iluminación sobre todo en el baño. La comida es buena. El personal que sirve las mesas muy bueno pero los que sirven la comida en el restaurant muy desagradables. Las filas para restaurant, tragos etc son larguisimas. Esa parte mal organizada. Tener en cuenta que el check in es a las 15hs, si uno llega antes debe de pagar 20 dolares solo por estar en las instaliciones esperando su habitacion.

This facility is not all inclusive, my husband and I went for are anniversary and It was horrible.. the have only one place for drinks that is in the main lobby only.. the rest they only offer juices and beers only and you have to get it no waitress around. We have been in a other all inclusive resort like in (Cancun, Dominican Republic, Jamaica , ext and this are Considered all inclusive resort not like this one that you have to get your on stuff and the cost is even more than the usual resorts we are very disappointed about this experience thank God that we just stay two days in this resort we really really have a bad taste about this not interested no more to come to any of the all-inclusive the Camron resorts, and another thing they try to sell you the upgrade. They bothering you since the day you get into the resort until the end of your state it is horrible day to get there it’s very messy it’s just not a good five it’s not all inclusive it’s a lie
