Dear Customer, We do not usually provide answers to specific questions in a customer review, however in this case we are forced to change our policy in order to defend our accommodation. As you are aware, we attempted to explain to you numerous times that we did not charge your credit card two times. We explained this both to you privately and also to Expedia Staff, attaching the receipt and the reservation from Hotels.com, where it is clearly specified that the “Hotel Collects Payment”. At this point, once again, we suggest that you check your bank statement to confirm that you had not paid in advance. Along with the accommodation fee, you also must pay a “tourist tax” which is not something controlled or set by us, but it enforced by the local municipality and is law (as is common in many countries). Unfortunately we do not provide a restaurant service, however we have never advertised that we do have this service or service dinner. The closest restaurant is a 5 minute walk, and is open 6 days a week, only closing every Wednesday (which we acknowledge was the day of your arrival). Regarding the time of arrival and reception access, as many of our customers can testify, we are extremely flexible. We recently introduced a restriction after 7pm however even then we always try our best to accommodate our guests. For the comment about the difficult access of our location, we cannot deny that the road is not simple, but to quote Zig Ziglar, "Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations".
