Dear Wayne,We are sorry you felt disappointed with your accommodation.Your apartment recently had new carpet laid and whilst our staff occasionally over look some details we are happy to rectify any issues you have during your stay if bought to our attention.Our staff accommodated a late check out and luggage storage and a place to rest whilst waiting to be picked up.Where you time to air your grievances with staff.

We do apologies for your experience with the ‘Lady’ on Reception However your review was to be expected considering the following facts:Your party arrived late on the 23rd December and used afterhours check in therefore there was no formal check in.The morning of the 24th you came to Reception and abruptly put soiled towels on the counter and demanded clean towels this may have been the reason the ‘Lady’ was a little overwhelmed.You were ask to place them in a plastic bag and you were informed we would attend your apartment with fresh towels and extra amenities as we would be closed for Christmas Day.The Apartment you booked was booked for 6 people which is the maximum number allowed upon counting the number of guests in the Apartment and confirmed by one of the party as being 7. You suggested that the 7th person was a ‘helper’ it was witnessed they were sent to the street to be collected on departure. Had we been aware of this breach of reservation rules your booking would have been cancelled.We advertise there is only 1 car space available per apartment you occupied 2 spaces making it difficult for other guests who had to park on the street.Check out time is 10am yet your party did not depart until 11.15am with no prior arrangement with Reception. Needless to say, your Apartment took considerable cleaning.Considering the facts perhaps it was you who appeared to be rude and abrupt to our staff who like most working hospitality are hardworking always giving above and beyond at all times.Our team work extremely hard to offer pleasant stays for our guests and overall enjoy excellent reviews
