Showed up after long day of travel to no one at the desk. After 10 minutes someone finally showed and got my partner Pat and I checked in. The attendant had red hair, I believe her name was Grace.
I get to my door, and the keycards don't work. I look down the hall and Pat is having same issue but eventually gets in. Had to go back and get a new one, still took like 20 tries to get in door to room 232.
I walk in as I'm on a phone call and the light switch doesn't work, and I notice it smells really stale, and that there is a bag in the room, and piles of garbage in the corner. I take a look around and find the bathroom in shambles. My room was never cleaned so I grab all my stuff and go back to the front desk.
Front desk was clueless, and didn't know what to do. I told them I needed a new room asap. They finally obliged and got me a new room, no. 236, and told me they gave me a discount.
Same issue with keycard. Same smell. Bed hardly made. Fridge is like 50 degrees. Toilet had pee all over.
Got through my trip and go to check out, and didn't see my discount reflected. Asked the attendant about it and handed her my receipt. She was old and cranky, don't know her name. She proceeded to rip up my receipt in my face, and tell me it's not their responsibility to give me a discount.
I get that I need to take it up with who I booked through, but damn was she rude about it. I am requesting a full refund on my room #232/#236, due to my terrible experience. 0/10.
