We are 60% disappointed with this review. Most importantly, we wish guests to know that we are always available to address the concerns of each of our travelers. Let us know what you need and we will take care of you.If we are not in the office during office hours, we are nearby. As we are a relatively small operation, we often ask staff to wear multiple "hats"-our Desk Attendant will often assist with laundry and other responsibilities at our park side buildings but can be contacted at any time.We will apprise our pest control service of the problem in this unit. We will check those pillows and continue to replace mattresses that do not elicit glowing reviews.As always, we do appreciate all reviews as they help us improve our services each day.
