The room fairly clean, the staff desk clerk when I checked in was less than polite. Acted as if it was a bother. Then when I decided to take a shower I had zero water. I called the desk and the clerk me there nothing he can do he will have call someone. I asked for different he said there were none. So I decided to check out and go else where. The clerk tells me The room is a no refund policy. I called corporate who referred me back to the hotel. So when I get home I will call the credit card company to see what other options are available.

The room smelled like cleaning chemicals. The air conditioner made so much noise all night, couldn’t sleep.

Overall the hotel was ok but the road noise was terrible. All you hear is the traffic all night long.

Regarding our room: toliet was broken(wouldn't flush/stop running), toliet seat loose, door lock was broken and back of desk chair broken.

We booked weeks in advance. We were given a room with a king bed just feet from the lobby. In the late evening hours conversations in the lobby could be heard in our room. We stayed two nights and for some reason our room was not cleaned after the first night. I don’t understand why it was not cleaned. We ended up asking for fresh towels from the front desk. The breakfast was great and definitely a plus. You get two remotes and no directions on which one does what. Overall disappointed when compared to other stays with Comfort Inn.

Had hard time with door keys. Got new ones made and still had hard time. You need to leave instructions on how to use TV remotes. We couldn’t enjoy tv in morning because we didn’t get the right pattern down until the hour we left.

The carpet was wet and the entire room smelled like mildew. The ceiling had water stains on it and the a/c unit was obviously leaking onto the floor.

Disappointed, you get what you pay for
The hotel lobby was very messy due to a storm which damaged plaster from the ceiling. We noticed it wasn’t cleaned until the next afternoon. The room was very humid inside, carpets wet and there was an odor due to the wet carpets which isn’t safe either. Breakfast left a lot to be desired which we didn’t use again and decided to eat elsewhere. We attempted to add our Aaa discount and were denied by the front desk person who seemed like he was barely all there to begin with.

There was nothing that I liked…after being greeted by 2 sheriff cars who were there to remove a customer who assaulted another customer, a room change due to no a/c, returning to our room that no cleaning service was provided , with no fresh towels. We received a call from the “regional manager,” who outright refused to refund one night of our 2 night stay which I requested. She said we had the do not disturb sign on the door which we DID NOT. After 30 minutes of her giving me alternatives to rectify the issue, NONE of which were satisfactory to me since they all inconvenienced me - change rooms for a 3rd time? No, thank you..have them clean the room at 9:30 pm? No, another inconvenience oh and she said we could leave and find another hotel, then and only then would she give us one night stay charge refunded. Another inconvenience to have to find another hotel at 10 pm! How unaccommodating was that! Oh and did I mention the mold in the bathroom, NEVER staying at a Comfort Inn again! A total disaster!! Beyond Poor customer service!

Really nice place. Breakfast was great. Clean. Friendly staff. A little expensive for just spending the night but the kids were safe and comfy.

The bathroom lacked a fan to vent the room which may account for the heavy growth of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Beds were also old enough that with 2 of us in a queen bed we both rolled into the center. Staff was great but this place needs a remodel and a definite refresh!

I have stayed at this property several times. On this trip I had the king suite…it was very pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. No loud noises. Staff is always friendly.

The smell in the room was quite heavy (on the moisture side). The refrigerator made a loud ticking noise (we could not sleep, it was that loud.) Too hot (and when we turned the AC on, the moisture in the air was even more than before. On the positive side, the breakfast was quite good, and few options to choose from. Good location for dining venues.

I'd Still Stay There Again
We had two rooms for our stay. The AC in one of the rooms was draining onto the carpet underneath the unit leaving the carpet wet and with a rust stain. The breakfast was less than desirable and the coffee maker wasn't working on the morning we checked out. Made a quick trip to McDonalds for breakfast. Other than that, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy. Also a great location.

My room and hotel was clean and comfortable. Room had a fresh scent. The free breakfast was decent. Staff courteous. My only complaint was that the gym was extremely small and limited, and the equipment was filthy. No cleaning supplies for guests to clean the equipment after use. I would stay at this hotel again.
