Not professional. They charged me twice from my credit card. They said they are not able to cancel their second transaction, so we got refunded with cash. But I will need to pay for the credit card oversea transaction fee to my credit card company. A Broken refrigerator is not helpful, no need to stay in the room. One good thing was location and free parking. Near by the national park.

크르카 국립공원 방문에 최적
크르카 국립공원에 방문하기 위한 전초기지로 삼기에 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 체크인을 위해 10분 가량 기다리는 불편이 있었지만 이후에는 서비스 부분에서 부족하다고 느낄 일이 없었습니다. 특히 체크아웃 과정에서 크르카 국립공원 관광에 대하여 리셉셔니스트로부터 많은 조언을 들을 수 있었습니다. 단체관광객과 함께 호텔을 이용하게 되어 조금 소란스럽기는 하였습니다.

The staff was not helpful. We got delayed by about 45 minutes going into the park because we bought our tickets through the hotel and when we got to the park to enter they said the tickets had not been sent over correctly. When my husband returned to the hotel to address this the staff was not helpful. We had lots of live ants in our bed and the quality of breakfast was poor.

Nice pool to relax in and hotel is right at the park gate so location is excellent. Great dinner at the hotel. Room was a bit dated but clean.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and amazing staff. It is located next to the entrance to the Krka waterfall park. The breakfast was great too.

Great location, right at the park entrance for the Waterfalls. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was large, clean and with very good quality furniture. In our case, after spending one week on a boat, this was close to royalty level ... :) Very impressed overall.

Bien puis… catastrophique ?
Bon séjour: propre, piscine sympa, restaurant avec quelques bons plats et servis sur la terrasse (agréable) cependant, tout à été gâché lors du départ: la note comportait plusieurs erreurs (ils voulaient nous faire payer la chambre alors qu’elle avait été payée sur hôtel.com et il a fallu de longues minutes pour obtenir gain de cause, l’addition du repas du soir: mauvais nombre de boissons et mauvais prix). De plus,ils avaient oubliés de tamponner les vouchers ce qui nous a fait courir retourner à l’hôtel et prendre du temps pour visiter le parc de Krka.

Wonderful
Had an amazing stay. The hotel and pool were lovely. The food and restaurant was really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated, as it is in the national park.

Unkomplizierter check-in. Der Pool war großzügig mit angrenzender schöner Terrasse und ausreichender Beschattung durch die Sonnenschirme. Das Personal war nahezu ausschließlich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Kaffee am Frühstücksbuffet war gewöhnungsbedürftig, im Zimmer wären Nachttischlampen bei den Kinderbetten schön, so dass diese auch noch im Bett was lesen können ohne die Geschwister zu stören.

The location of the Vrata Krke Hotel is excellent - directly opposite the entrance to the Krke National Park. There is a large pool, which was welcome after a long day walking in the heat. The rooms are large and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are a little tired with dated decor, but fine for a short stay.

This is an older property but the staff is beyond hospitable, the room is clean, the swimming pool is awesome. We had a dinner from the la carte menu - the food was excellent albeit a bit pricey. All in all, we would stay here again

Hôtel situé à l’entrée du parc ce qui permet d’être rapidement dans le parc avant les touristes le lendemain. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Hôtel simple avec piscine.

Schönes kleines Hotel direkt am Eingang vom Nationalpark
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück war leider etwas gering von der Auswahl her, da es leider fast kein frisches Obst gab. Der Pool hingegen war schön erfrischend und super gestaltet. Die Liegen am Pool waren ausreichend vorhanden und super bequem. Tolle Lage gleich beim Eingang vom Nationalpark.

Nicht zu Empfehlen, viele Defekte + kein Personal
Es war nicht sehr angenehm. Wir haben nach der ersten Nacht abgebrochen. Defekte Lampen im Zimmer, die nicht getauscht werden konnten, und das Bad eine Vollkatastrophe. Es kam nur kaltes Wasser, die Tür der Dusche bleib nicht zu, und der Wasserhahn der Dusche war nicht fest montiert. Es gab keinen Abflussstöpfel uns. Es war nicht sehr toll. Auf Nachfrage nach dem Spa und Wellnessbereich, wurde mir mitgeteilt, das es wegen defektes geschlossen sei. Das Essen war zwar lecker und hat uns gute schmeckt, aber es wurden keine Tische abgeräumt, sodass überall Fliegen waren, es gab trotz Nachfrage dann nicht genügend Besteck und es gab auch nicht die Getränke der Speisekarte, und das alles aus unserer Sicht aus folgendem Grund: kein Personal. Es gab 1 Mitarbeiter für Rezeption und Gastro zu gleich, 1 Mitarbeiter in der Küche, 1 Hasumeister, der auf dem dazugehörigen Campingplatz beschäftigt war und 1 Mitarbeiter für die Zimmerreinigung. Das geht nicht für ein Hotel mit 44 Zimmern. Deshalb war es von innen leider am Ende. Wir haben nach der Nacht abgerochen und sind Heim gereist, nachdem auch Hotel.com vor Ort durch den Personalmangel erst jemanden nach 5-6 mal Anruf Versuchen erreichen konnte und wir beim Frühstück die selben Probleme auch bei anderen Gästen gehört hatten. Deshalb kam ein Zimmerwechsel für uns nicht in Frage. Leider sehr schade für die paar Mitarbeiter, den diese haben es versucht, mit Höflichkeit alles zu überspielen.

Nice place right next to National Park
There isn't a better place to stay if you are going to the national park. Nice rooms, good breakfast - and then walk across the street to the park and shuttle bus. Can't beat it. Will definitely return!

The first thing I'd like to mention about this hotel is the staff! The staff is what this makes a pleasant hotel! The rooms are very outdated and are up for renovation if you ask me. Bed however was fine. Also our window had an enormous crack in it, which was fine but this should def be replaced!

When location matters.
Perfekt overnatningssted, hvis planen er at bruge en dag på hicking i den nærliggende naturpark. Stedet trænger til en opdatering. Boblebadet på vores værelse, virkede ikke.

Arrived at 14:00 and was told room was not ready until 15:00. Came back at 16:00 and room was still not ready. Had to wait for another 30 minutes. :-(
