Was a pleasant stay, the property was clean lovely pool view, was nice and peaceful. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and very accomodating! They decorated the room for mine and my partners anniversary which was lovely. The location is within close proximity to everything, loads of restaurants or supermarkets near and not a long walk to the nightlife area. Would definitely recommend staying here, I plan to come back!

Nice vacation property. Very helpful and courteous staff. A little refreshment is required however it would never dissuade me from returning. Excellent gated property. Recommend.

Lovely staff but alot of 'rules'
+The staff were great, all really friendly and helpful. The lady who cleaned the rooms was great. +The pool area was lovely and very clean. + Our check out was extended no problem by an hour and half, i think by the manger, who was really friendly and happy. + at the weekend there was entertainment poolside +The hotel were very responsive to any communication we sent before arrival +they offer a great transfer service to and from the airport and also can organise a taxi to the Old Town if needed. - there are alot of 'rules' - you only get 1 key and fob, meaning if 1 person goes home, or goes for a walk and others go elsewhere, the rest dont have a key or fob - there was no budging on this and it was extremely frustrating. - there was a minimum spend on card, which at this stage should be redundant as the use of cash is pretty redundant now. This meant you couldnt just get a bottle of water. - If you got a cocktail, you werent allowed bring the 'glass' poolside..eventhough the 'glass' was plastic.

3 single beds apartment (we had for 3 adults 2 regular beds and a kids one) which for 2 adults is not comfortable. In the room was saying 3 single beds (did not say it was a child one, one of them) Towels are changed every 2 days and if you need daily you need to pay. bedlinen changed once a week Had to pay daily to use an iron.

Both my party and myself enjoyed our stay at Natura. Nice hotel in an ideal location. I do think they should review their policy on their guests wearing wristbands and perhaps bringing in key cards for the rooms. However, our stay was excellent, good value for money.

Great place at a very fair price.
Great place with a comfortable feel and basic accommodation. Staff were always polite and accommodating. As a group of 17 men, we were pre warned about behaviour, which I completely understand. We never had an issue whilst in the hotel. I would definitely go back with a group or family.

We changed to thias hotel mid way through our holiday. Front desk staff were very helpfull, place was clean. Kitchen equiped with washing machine. It was quiet as we were there in November, Portugal itself was very clean and the people helpfull, we got lost the one day and asked directions, we were offered a lift back to our hotel by the young family, we will be visiting Portugal again. Thankyou

Vi havde en skøn ferie her. Det ligger i fin gåafstand til en lille strand med den dejligste restaurant. Hotellet ligger trukket lidt væk fra the strip med alle barerne, hvilket er rart som børnefamilie. Til gengæld lige bag ved restaurantgaden med mad fra mange forskellige lande. Lejligheden var ikke så godt lydisoleret, så det var en fordel at der var coronarestriktioner, så der ikke var så meget larm i gaden om natten, som der ellers ville have været.

Apartamento grande, bem localizado na Oura, próximo a um supermercado e à praia. Cozinha separada, sala com quarto, banheiro. Varanda grande onde entra muito sol. Pode-se lavar roupa pois tem uma maquina de lavar e depois secar na varanda pois tem um varal. Não e novo.

We got a wondeful apartment for a great price. Place was very nice and clean, nice pool and in the middle of the city. You literally have everything around you and the beach is about 10 minutes walking. We had a great time!

Excellent emplacement et grand appartement
Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans l'établissement, les appartements sont spacieux, la literie confortable, terrasse en rdc donnant sur la piscine et le parc très agréable. Seul petit bémol, l'insonorisation est très moyenne et les murs étroits, sinon accueil sympa et massage en supplément agréable. Emplacement super à 10 mn à pieds de la plage et tout plein de restos autour.

Hotel was lovely about 10 mins walk to beach and strip staff very friendly room was cleaned every day pool was a nice size and there were always plenty of sun beds bar man and pool attendant Eduardo was always happy would definitely recommend this hotel

Bra hotell med vackert poolområde! Lägenheterna är slitna & gamla men funkar. Hårda sängar.. Närhet till restauranger & matbutik! Det tar ca. 20min att gå till bargatan "strippen". Dock går man inte till gamla stan.. kan, kan man MEN det är långt. Har du bil så finns det parkeringar & parkeringshus i gamla stan annars kostar taxi inte så mycket. Hotellet hade en jättebra stor parkeringsplats. Väldigt bra wifi.
