Their website states that check in time is between 2 pm and 10 pm, other time needs to be arranged in advanced. Since my arrival definitely later than 10 pm, so I was trying to contact them half day in advance and arranging a late check in. However, I emailed them twice and called 4 times, no one even pick up the phone. Finally, when I called the fifth time, the reception finally picked it up and told me the reception would wait for me.
I arrived around 10:50 pm, however I didn’t see any staff inside and the door was locked, I tried knock on the door but no one response. Then I saw a notice states that ‘ring the door bell for attention’, so I rang the bell once, but still no one came out, I waited for 10 minutes and then I called them again but still no one pick up the phone. I was so exhausted after a 4 and half hours journey on the train. I then rang the bell two more times. Finally, one staff came out, but the first thing after he opened the door was yelling at me! Said I would wake up all other guests, I should just rang the bell once! I was so shocked by his behavior, I rang once and called once, and waited for 10 minutes, no one even came out! Why I should not rang again! That was really ridiculous!
THAT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
They have 14 bedrooms in total, states on the website, with SHARED TOILET, but ONLY ONE!!! And the lock was broken!!! Another guest just easily pushed the door open when I was using the toilet!
