We enjoyed our stay so much we plan on booking here again. Kerry and her team were amazing and personable. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning visiting with them. The bottle room was the best and made things so much more convenient. We ate at the Thirsty Oyster every night. The best prawns and calamari I ever had.

Great stay
I had an amazing stay at Berg n Zee. It was peaceful, staff was welcoming and the breakfast was yummy! Awesome views from our room.

Good location with free parking and close bikini beach. Short drive to Gordon's bay. excellent service and clean spacious family room with great sea views as advertised.

Great stay in Gordon's Bay
Had a great stay at Berg en Zee, quick check-in, friendly staff and good sea views and walking distance from restaurants. We had multiple options for breakfast which was a nice change from the normal "breakfast buffet" you expect from most places. Room was clean and spacious, there was a honesty bar for late night snacking and coffee/tea station in the bedroom.

Exceptional !
We were in room 3, it was stunning! The view across False Bay was amazing and the very spacious room and balcony provided lots of comfortable seating. Breakfast was exceptionally good, fresh fruit to have with yoghurt, cooked breakfast ( including my personal favourite - pancakes), muffins and more. But above all, the staff were all very welcoming and helpful and thanks to them all for a wonderful start to our 1st visit to South Africa.

Great experience
Amazing experience. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend Berg and Zee Guesthouse to others. We had a lovely room, the view we had was absolutely beautiful! Only thing we would have loved to have was a little microwave in the room, so that we didn't have to go downstairs to heat up some food every time. Other than that the service was GREAT and we'll be back soon!

December is quite a lively time of the year at the beach in the Cape so there is probably a little more traffic. Nevertheless, it's a great time to enjoy the sunshine and the warm water of False Bay. A great place to stay
We were warmly welcomed and shown to our lovely sea front room. This hotel is so well thought out and there really is something for everyone here, The rooms are spacious, the breakfast fantastic, the staff wonderful and the ability to use the honesty bat and food facilities too. The hotel is also close to good restaurants and the beach......perfect!

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, das Personal bemüht. Das Haus ist innen sehr hellhörig, insbesondere wenn z.B. die Nachbarn spät heim kommen oder der Kühlschrank aktiv ist. Auch der Straßenlärm ist nichts für empfindliche Ohren. Nette Begrüßung jeden Morgen Jackie mit kleinem Smalltalk.

We deeply regret only staying one night.

It is just great, on hotel level, owner is wery helpfull, we have to arrange some documents and she let us to use her scanner etc ...it is old english style accomodation with charm , reall yrecommended !

Beautiful Room With Great Ocean View
We received a warm welcome upon our arrival, The Inn is picture perfect and our room with a Canopy Bed, comfortable sitting area and a balcony to enjoy the sea view and the sunset in the evening was very clean and beautifully decorated. We could see Table Mountain in the distance. Close to the Harbor and the city beach walk with plenty of eating options. The included breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day!
