청결하지만복도뷰네요
뷰가 마당뷰라하여 야외마당인줄 알았습니다만 건너편 실내 복도뷰인줄은 몰랐습니다. 청결하고 좋지만 화장실도 욕조는 없었으며 가격대비 비싼것 같아요

리버뷰라서 경치와 각종 편의시설 근접성은 좋았고 킹사이즈 침대와 소파배드가 있어 가족단위 머무르기에 적합하였다. 조식도 이른 시간부터 제공되어 좋았다. 그러나 객실내에 각종 벌레들(이름모를 벌레, 모기, 거미)이 있어서 몇마리를 잡고서야 편안한 잠을 청할 수 있었고 주차시설이 부족하여 외부 주차장을 이용해야하는 불편함이 있었다.

Great hotel
I booked for the river view side room. The view was soooo nice. 👍 but the curtain was not closed perfectly, so everyday i woke up in the early morning. The room service was so delicious, especially "today's fish in the market." cleaning was soo perfect. Also the location was near to the centrum.

We booked this hotel as this was centrally located in Gdansk, and the best part is that its just beside everything you really need to see and experience. The downside is that the pool was closed and nobody had informed us about this. Although we were informed about the pool being closed and reopened before our arrival, it remained closed still after our arrival, which really dissappointed us. We then went to the Bar on 5th floor which was really a huge disappointment! If you call that a bar on a 5-star hotel then I really dont know what a real bar is called. It was the tiniest place with a small sofa in a corner, no place for alot of people - seems like this bar is taken care of in the summers when a lot of tourists come to the place with more chairs outside. Since the pool was able they had given discount vouchers on spa, but we still had to pay extra for thise sessions. I mean come on. If one big facility of the property isnt even available the least that could have been done is maybe a free spa or treatment session since you pay so much money for a hotel and then not getting the whole thing for the price. Cleaning was good. The service at reception was a bit down. Dont know how to greet properly and we could feel they perhaps didnt like to work ther. It was a bit negative although they did their job. Overall breakfast was average. The same food both the mornings. we stayed for 2 days. Just below average I would say.

Fint och rent hotell, men kändes inte riktigt som 5 stjärnigt. Frukosten är buffé (servering mot avgift), bagage tar man upp själv till rummen, rummet städas en gång per dag, poolen är rätt kall, bastun har plats för Max 3 personer åt gången och har barnförbud. För barnfamiljer är det egentligen bara poolen som är ”kul”, finns inget lekrum el så. Det som är bra är att det är fin utsikt från puben som öppnar på rooftop kl 16. Det är också mitt i stan och man kan gå överallt. Kommer nog återvända igen om jag åker med vuxna. Åker jag med barnen kommer vi välja Sofitel Grand Hotel istället och åka in till Gdansk.

Bra beliggenhet
Bra beliggenhet i gamlebyen nær det meste. Hotellet er fint, god frokost, nydelig seng/dyner/puter. Kul hotell rooftop bar. Spamassasjen var veldig bra. Negativt: lite spaanlegg: lite basseng, en badstu til kun to stk( hyggelig det, men ble kø), savnet egne håndklær til badstuen som burde ligget klar til alle utenfor badstuen(så flere sitte der uten noe som er lite hygenisk.)

Great room overlooking the river. Wonderful rooftop bar with amazing views, great cocktails too.. great bathroom with shower and separate bath All in all a wonderful stay.. Thank you Hilton Gdansk
