Convenient location where you can walk everywhere you want to go in Monterey. Beautiful, clean property with a superbly friendly staff. We've stayed here several times and it never disappoints!

The hotel was charming and I traveled with my pup. I felt having wood floors was a challenge especially hearing everything from the person staying above me. The room was smaller then I had thought, access to the mini fridge, the small details of the room felt dated. Like a glass table and large chair that took up space that was unusable. There were no trash bags so it felt like it wasnt the cleanest so i was taking it outside, we stayed in room 151. I am a federal employee so i would stay at the Hyatt with the spacious of their rooms, the carpet, and layout. Walking around the area it felt nice but the room was dark, small and oversized furniture for such an already small room with no carpet wasnt for me.

This was our second time staying at this place and it was just as good as the last one. The rooms are clean and the hotel feels safe. We will definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy and fast, dinning at Esteban’s was delicious our server was very attentive (Salome). Will definitely stay here again.

Bed and pillows were extra comfy. Staff was great. Was not impressed with the restaurant but there were lots of dining options nearby.

Very nice and accessible. I received a welcome text the morning before check in. The staff was available and answered all of our questions. The hotel is very well located. About an 8 minute walk from the wharf and an old downtown area. Lots of food, bars, desserts, and breakfast. The grounds are beautiful! And the heated pool was a fun surprise 😁

The property grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The location is centrally located and you can walk anywhere. The bed was comfortable and the room was quaint. The only downfall was the bathroom. It was very clean but had an odd smell when you turned on the water. The shampoo/conditioner seemed watered down. Other than that it was great!

Everything was super amazing. Parking is pretty cool though fills up at night but thats to be expected. Overall room was super clean and cozy, super quiet at night, relaxing and would totally stay there again!

Super convenient location which is close to many things. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The rooms are tiny and no so modern which can be a problem for longer stay.

We have stayed several times here. This was the most crowded ever. Parking is extremely tight. The room had a few maintenance issues and there was. Construction outside our window which was somewhat annoying. This is the first time I have heard people speaking through the walls and plumbing noises. It is still a nice property with good beds and bedding and such nice staff.

Casa Munras is a gem. We have stayed at Casa Munras a couple of times per year for several years. We keep coming back because it's perfect for trips to the area. It's close to everything in Monterey, but far enough away to be quiet. It's upscale but not total luxury, which we like because we're not in Monterey to hide out in a hotel room. The price for the level of accomedation is reasonable.

Beautiful gem in the heart of historic downtown Monterey. Gorgeous landscape and well maintained grounds, as well as clean, comfortable and cozy fireplace room. Front desk staff very welcoming and accommodating with my requests. I will definitely be coming back when. visiting Monterey!

Casa Munras is my and my husband's favorite place to stay when visiting Monterey. All the staff we've interacted with are friendly and professional, they have an exceptional restaurant on-site, and the surrounding area has much to offer. The spa is the only part we haven't tried, but we plan to do that on our next visit.
