We were there literally for two days but the stay was pleasent. The breakfast spread was amazing!! Staff all polite and helpful had no complaints.

Nice stay
Nice stay. Good breakfast and pool. Bed sheets a bit rough to sleep on and hotel generally a bit tired but otherwise overall a good stay. Would stay again.

We had to shorten our stay and we informed the staff on duty before we checked in. We paid for our 3 days stay on our check out. But they deducted our money via our credit card for the rest of the booking which was 6 nites originally. Unprofessional and unreliable. Why was the payment for the rest of the booking was still deducted after we left when we informed them before our check in?

The ratings on this hotel is false. We booked based on ratings, the room had a horrific odor and the bathroom shower had black mold on the sides floor and glass door. Just filthy. I complained and the manager switched our room.

All the staff were super nice, kind, helpful and very professional. Especially thank to Nikhil from the restaurant. I had to leave early and missed my breakfast, he prepared a take away bag. I want to thank all the staff for all their care.

Checkin was smooth. Hotel staff were very nice. Room is clean, bed and linen are clean and comfy. Have a pretty view of city from our room. Room is quiet from the traffic and honking. I haven't visited the restaurants inside the hotel. They have 2 or 4 restaurants. Overall good experience.

"An Enjoyable Stay in a Family-Friendly Hotel" Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family, booking three rooms in total. We unanimously agreed that it was a truly enjoyable experience. Firstly, the rooms were impressively spacious, allowing us ample space to relax and unwind after our daily excursions. Despite the building itself showing a bit of age, this in no way detracted from the comfort or functionality of our accommodations. One of the standout features was the breakfast buffet, which was absolutely excellent. The variety and quality of the food were top-notch, providing the perfect start to our day. It was a flawless service that we looked forward to each morning. Moreover, the hotel staff deserve a special mention for their professionalism and proactive approach. They were always ready to assist us and contributed significantly to our overall positive experience. Stay was okay but the restaurant service was bad
The hotel definitely needs an upgrade overall.. the restaurant where the breakfast is served is either under staffed or they don’t know to manage the guests as we had to wait for almost 20 minutes for the tea n other dishes that were made at the live stations. The good thing with the hotel is their reception, the check in was smooth.

The property location was ok and easily accessible However, unsafe parking and there was no help offered when I get in the hotel after shopping at 8pm. check-in wasn't bad, I requested for connecting room but no mention at the check in time whether its available or not. noisy group of travellers surrounding the reception blocking other travellers access to the reception. There was plenty of staff roaming around the lobby but didn't seem to be controlling these crowd or attending other travellers who was waiting to get attention. We had been to the restaurant for lunch while we waiting to be checked in but, no one seem to be cared or no initiative to give us menus (there was no one at the restaurant and 3 staff members chatting at the entrance). Later we manged to dine in deli, the staff member was helpful but, food quality (Biriyani) was pathetic when comparing the price we paid; over pouring artificial essence discomfort our gut. I had been given discount when I brought up the issue at check out poor quality interior; filthy carpets, moulded shower screen, broken showers. bath towel got foul smell and we ended up using our own towels. Average buffet breakfast; food quality again compromised here. Our overall experience was below average hence we cancelled one of our future bookings with them and, wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

The staff were great and the food was good. The bathrooms are quite dated and not the best. The chai in the cafe is terrible. Pretty sure it’s made using a machine which isn’t expected from a hotel in Kerala. Overall definitely a pleasant stay and a great location.

The room was not cleaned before checkin. The curtains and other cloths in the room had an annoying foul smell. The toilet was not cleaned either. The bed and comforter were dusty and had a foul smell. My wife was allergic to dust and we had a terrible night with my 3 year old baby struggling to sleep. It looked like the cleaning staff did a lazy job in the room, but at this price i would certainly expect a second pair of eyes to review the room before handing over to the customer. I chose Holiday Inn over Radisson blue, seeing the google reviews and that turned out to be a really bad decision. The room felt below 2 star standards and I'm never going back there. I hope this review helps others.

It was a good experience to stay in this place. Overall good. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The house keeping was excellent and the food was very good too.
