급 1박 예약했는데 가장 싼 방이었고 시설은 별로 좋지 못했습니다. 90년대-2000년대 초 느낌이 났구요. 그럼에도 불구하고 이곳을 예약한 건 위치, 큰 수영장 때문이었습니다. 다른 곳은 수영장이 얕거나 작더라구요. 첫 1박을 무이네 입구 초에 있는 곳에서 하다가 이쪽으로 왔는데 신기한 건 이쪽 해변에 수심이 되게 낮아서 한 50미터 들어갔는데도 물이 허벅지 정도까지밖에 안 와서 파도타고 놀기 좋았어요. 파도타기 꿀잼입니다

매우 쾌적하고 편안했습니다... 숙소와 수영장, 해변이 100 m 내여서 그 또한 만족스러웠구요...

good location, but poor service
Except the good location, I don't have anything to talk about good for this hotel. When checking in, although I didn't expect high standard service at the reception considering our late check-in (2AM), but the attitude of the receptionist was a way below my expectation. His attitude was very irritating just like he wanted to tell why you check in at this late night. And he asked me additional breakfast cost everyday even though I fully paid thru Hotels.com with guest info of 2 adults, 1 kid. And pool water wasn't clean at all so it's only useful to lay down on tanning bed around it. Not too bad breakfast for 3-4 star hotel.

Best Christmas Ever!
This place is comfortable, clean, and the staff are wonderful! Kudos to the cooking staff who make the freshest and most delicious breakfast buffet. Too many choices. The two pools are great and even the beach front is kept very clean by the staff compared to other beach sites. We will happily stay here again next year and hope to bring more friends and family. Thank you for the beautiful memories.

Très bon hôtel, beau jardin, belle piscine, bon buffet du petit déjeuné. Chambre spacieuse avec grand balcon et belle salle de bains.Toutefois, Le revêtement du sol de la chambre est très usagé. La réception wifi n'est pas parfaite.la plage devant l'hôtel est très érodée et pas très propre. Il convient de marcher 100 mètres vers le sud pour trouver une plage correcte.

A relaxing 2 day break.
In general we had a great stay, our room was super, the gardens were stunning, the pool areas clean and the attendant at poolside most observant and helpful. Disappointed with reception staff - being lazy English, haven't a clue about Vietnamese language - expected their communication skills to be much better. Breakfast choice not brilliant, particularly cereals, especially as vegetarians. Possibly all this was brushed aside by the excellent Spa and Massage facilities - enjoyed a superb massage on my 75th Birthday!

The breakfast sucks.. room is OK but I definitely won't rate this resort at a 4 stars like I did before. It is a 3.5 Stars at best. It was so much better a year ago!

Lovely relaxing place to stay over Christmas
We had a very time-slowing experience at this beautiful beachside resort after lots of travelling around. A good central location along the bay, lovely gardens, big pools, right on the soft and pretty sandy beach, big variety of breakfast. Definitely a good choice.

We were disappointed when we saw our rooms.
The rooms did not look or match the gallery we saw online. It should be rated 2 stars hotel. The shower head was install horizontal direction of the wall and pointed to the curtain. It didn't point to your head/body and it couldn't be adjust so you had to hold it while taking a shower. The bath tub surrounding were built odd making the big a mess. Water runs every where and on the floor. The towels are very worn out and have an awful smell. Like cheap soap. The foods and quality are ok.

Skønt afslappende ophold
Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Værelset var fint og her var alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Superb morgenmad. Dejlig strand med liggestole i både sol og skygge. Herudover var der 2 pools på hotellet. Lige udenfor hotellet var der masser af restauranter, minimarkeder og andre butikker:) vi ville gerne bo der igen, hvis vi kom tilbage.

Utmärkt Hotell nära stranden, bra frukost och pool område. Mui Ne är suveränt för Kite surfare, blåser alltid upp under dagen med vågor som följd. Vill man ligga på stranden är det bäst på förmiddagen.

Passa er! Bokade via hotels.com 2 vuxna och 2 barn. när vi anlände hotellet hävdade dom att det bara var bokat två sängar och vi skulle dela. kostade 25 dollar/natt/barn att få extrasängar. efter att vi pratat med hotels.com löstes problemet. men ändå tråkigt att börja semestern på detta sätt! annars jättebra hotell med två fina pooler.ligger precis vid stranden. Mui ne är ett typiskt turistområde med massor av butiker som säljer piratkopior och krimskrams. detta hotell ligger mitt på huvudgatan så det är nära till restauranger osv. Bra frukost med mycket "västerlänskt" att erbjuda.Vi åkte i slutet av februari direkt efter kinesiska nyåret. perfekt tid då det nästa var tomt på folk. ingen trängsel vid frukost eller solstolar.

Best Hotel for Relax !
the hotel is good for relax with sufficient facilities, 2 nos. of pool, direct access to the beach, snoker and gym, etc. It just locate along the most busy street there with sufficient choice to eat and shop.

Fint hotell med nydelig hage.
Vi bodde på hotellet i litt over en uke. Flott rom i 5 etg med havutsikt. Flott å våkne til lyden av alle små fiskebåtene hver morgen....et flott skue. Hotellfrokosten er veldig bra med egg- og panekakesteikere, supper, masse frukt og mye annet. Styr unna middagen på hotellet, den var elendig. Restaurantene like utenfor i gata er mye bedre og til halve prisen. Hagen er fantastisk fin og grenser til strandsone. Selv om engelskunnskapenene til de fleste medarbeidere er dårlig er alle hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Du føler deg velkommen hele tiden. Renholdet på rommet kunne vært bedre.

Good location, not close to a 4 star hotel.
Hardly a 4 star hotel, more like a weak 3 star european hotel. Nice poool, hotel is located near/ on beach. close to mainstreet. During our stay we had a lot of power failure, not that confy during night (AC). Good service.

Hotellet er godt plassert med med en fin strand og fine bassenger, derifra går det nedover. Hotellet adverterer gratis wifi på rommene, det har de i praksis ikke! 30 minutter på å klare å laste ned mail er ikke bra nok. (Det er bra i resepsjonsområdet, så hvis det holder for dine behov fungerer dette) Det er en poolbar på resorten som kunne vært veldig hyggelig, men den var ikke bemannet en eneste dag i perioden vi var der (som forøvrig var høysesong og hotellet var fullbooket). Rommene var helt OK. Ikke noe mer. Engelskferdigheter er ikke så bra i Vietnam, og det er helt greit, men å ikke klare å bli forstått i resepsjonen på et resort av denne klassen er frustrerende. Uten å prøvet noen andre så vi mange flotte alternativer i område, og anbefaler å prøve noe annet enn dette resortet.

A decent stay but I wouldn't rush back
I stayed in this hotel for a week in late September / early October. The arrival at the hotel after a long journey from Saigon was underwhelming; the receptionist couldn't muster a smile and the whole process was very clinical. The room was comfortable and equipped with all of the facilities that you would expect; the room was not however as clean as I might have expected and the shower door was broken (the seal had broken which resulted in water running across the bathroom floor each time I had a shower). I also found that the safe did not work; housekeeping arrived to fix it and failed and told me that an engineer would arrive in the morning to fix it. I heard no more about it for the duration of my stay. I was then awoken before 7am the following morning by the demolition works that are taking place on the old part of the hotel; I appreciate that the works have to be undertaken at some point but before 7am...? Now for the positive. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens which are maintained to a very high standard. There are two pools both of which are a good size and very clean. The resort has it's own private beach which again is kept very clean and tidy. I did not eat in the restaurant other than breakfast which was a decent Vietnamese fair. As for the area in which the resort is located, it is fantastic for kite surfing but there is not a huge amount else there.

Я в восторге от отеля! Он большой, очень красивый, зеленый, ухоженный! Удачно расположен. Много кафе, ресторанов, турфирм рядом. Хорошая кухня! На мой вкус, завтраки замечательные, большой выбор блюд. Просторные и комфортные номера. Плохой wi-fi и не слишком качественная уборка, в остальном, одни плюсы))

Хороший отель, все было отлично, за исключением неприятного момента при зачелении! Был забронирован и оплачен номер с видом на море. При заселении этого номера в наличи не оказалось! И мне был предложен номер с видом на город, который стоит дешевле. Я отказался и и сказал, что при отсутствии по их вине заказанного номера, они должны предоставить номер классом выше, а не ниже! На , что мне было сказано, что весь отель заполнен и больше ничего нет. Пришлось показывать им на www.hotels.com, что у них выставлено достаточно большое количество номеров. Только после этого мне был предоставлен номер люкс с видом на море.

the garden and the pool s beautiful. the beach water is not very clear, the wavy is quite good to swing. The breakfast is very good. do not recommend the seafood pizza, it is not Italian pizza, the chef need to have real cooking Italian food from a real Italian chef. Need to sale cool coconut drink. the entertainment room need to fix.do not trust the sauna massage Ad, it said free gift of 20 minute, you need to check your watch when they started the massage and what time when they finished, because I heard the lady manager had told her staff to do less hour, and she did not realized I can understand Vietnamese. That is very bad for a 4 stars resort had dishonest when come to sale their service product.

We booked Deluxe room with sea view for 3 persons, and naturally as always in Vietnam, they did not find our booking there at all when we arrived at the hotel. When we finally, after waiting for two hours, got our room it was really not a Deluxe room. We got a 10 $ compensation for it after again hours of waiting and talking with manager. Breakfast was good, lots of fruits and asian breakfast noodles etc. Service at the reception was initially good but deteriorated after we complained about the lack of sea view. Hotel beach was really fantastic. Pools not so much.

Nice hotel for the money
Stayed here for 7 nights in a standard room which was comfortable and clean. The pool is beautiful and the breakfast is fine. It is also in a good location on the strip. The one thing that I didn't like was the staff seemed to start working at around 7am doing housekeeping and maintenance, not the end of the world but we did get woken up everyday! We also stayed at Blue Ocean resort a few hotels down. My opinion would be if you can afford the extra money then stay there! it feels a lot more exclusive, however if Sunny beach is your full budget then it is definately a good option.

Отличное расположение, фишка в пляже.
Отдыхали с женой в марте 2014 года. Номер достался под №001 , в центральном корпусе на первом этаже, с выходом во внутренний двор отеля. Номер понравился, но руководству посоветовал бы протрясти персонал занимающийся уборкой номеров, не помешает. Уборка в номерах выполнялась ежедневно, только получилось что за 10 дней пришлось пару раз сходить за мылом. Завтраки в отеле могут удовлетворить запросы каждого отдыхающего. В SPA салоне, совершенно не умеют делать маникюр и педикюр . Общий массаж на любителя. Территория небольшая, но понравилась - красивая и зеленая, и очень порадовал островок леса на пляже. Администрации респект за подаренный ужин.

Переселение
Отель хороший, но после высокого сезона номера наверное поизносились :) У нас было забукировано бунгало на 2-й линии от моря. В нем через 3 дня сломался унитаз, слив перестал работать, сообщили на ресепшен, два дня чинили, но хватало на пару сливов, надо отдать должное на 2-й день нас переселили в бунгало на 1-й линии. Но номер до конца подготовлен не был, слив в душе работал плохо, была повышена влажность, в следствии много комаров. К концу отдыха их перебили :)

Тут вы не только насладитесь романтикой шумом прибоя и красивыми видами панорам но и также убедитесь в том что отель расположен очень удобно так как вокруге много барчиков диско серф станций и т.п.приезжайте и оцените сами)))))))
