깨끗하고 넓은 객실 친절한 서비스
해당 숙소는 버스정류장에서 가까운 위치에 있으며, 객실의 청결도와 친절함이 좋은 호텔입니다. 걸어서 피라마을을 구경하기에 편리하고 주변 먹거리등 만족할 수준입니다. 바다전경이라도 바다는 좀 떨어져 있으므로 전경이 기가 막히게 좋은건 기대하시기에는 무리고 있다는 점은 참고하시기 바랍니다.

친절한 직원과 깨끗한 호텔
호텔은 깨끗하고 직원들은 친절했다. 객실 역시 좁지 않았고 자꾸지와 월풀욕조까지 잘 갖추어진 편이다.피라마을 번화가와 5분정도 걸어가면되고 공항버스 정류장까지도 가깝다. 무엇보다 호텔앞 주차장이 넓어 렌트카를 이용하기에 좋았으며 호텔에서 렌트카 대여.반납이 가능하다.

Bella struttura vicino alla capitale dell’isola e personale super gentile e sorridente. Peccato per la piscina super gelata e per l’idromassaggio all’interno della piscina rotto; altra pecca che abbiamo trovato: capelli nella doccia, polvere e tante formiche. Bella la struttura ma è una struttura da 4 stelle non da 5 stelle.

Property was amazing, staff very friendly and area is well designed. Food and amenities were great so definitely a great experience. The only thing that i didnt like was the location. It is at the entrance to Fira, not in the caldera so a 10 min uphill walk is required to get to the main town. We had a rental car so getting around was easier.

This is a wonderful place! Convenient yet could literally stay there and not leave the property. Staff and property are fabulous.

Had an amazing experience, staff was great very attentive and took care of our every need and request S/O to Dimitris for make our visit pleasant. The food was mind blowing the view and scenery was just beautiful.

Absolutely stunning hotel, within walking distance to the city centre. The staff really go above and beyond and make the trip even more worthwhile. Thank you, I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore the island from a convenient location.

Fabulous hotel and staff
The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms clean and have everything you need. Great pool area with comfortable beds and towels. Short walk to main area of Thira albeit uphill. But santorini is hilly so that is the same everywhere. Would recommend. Thank you.

The staff were amazing. Ditto the service. The room was huge and I was upgrated to one with a hot tub which was wonderful. The location is great (9' walk from Fira) if you want a car and to avoid thr crowds. It's just the spectacular views thst you wiil be missing and the thoughtful design or sophisticated luxury you get in otherr 5 star hotels. But this is Santorini, and compared to similar properties at prime locations, overlooking the caldera this is still good value for money. Also, a big shout out to Anna Maria for an great massage!

Best staff! Best hotel ! 8 minutes easy walk distance to the center. Hotel very clean with the most helpful and nicest staff ever !!! Food was delicious, rooms were brand new and very clean and specious!

This hotel was, by every stretch of the imagination, a 5-star hotel. From the moment we checked in until check-out, we were treated with a genuine warmest, sincerity, and a smile to boot. Every staff member was friendly, customer focused, and fulfilled any and all our requests. The location is 10 minutes from the center of the town of Fira. The grounds of the hotel are well taken care of. Breakfast was the best we had during our travel to Greece. We'd stay there again if we went back to Santorini.

Excellent stay at the Astro Palace, close enough to the action, but just far away enough to be quiet and away from the masses. Staff are so friendly and professional I will return just because of how welcome we felt.

Une semaine de rêve ! Le personnel de l'hôtel est incroyable. Je n'ai jamais vu une équipe aussi accueillante, gentille et serviable. L'hôtel est très beau, confortable, calme et idéalement situé à 5mn du centre ville de Fira. Un choix très large de bons produits pour le petit déjeuner. Jolie piscine et délicieux cocktails. C'était exceptionnel.

The staff from the reception (Dorothy) to the support staff - Costas and Abdul were very courteous and helpful. The bar tender needs to be a bit more approachable and friendly.

My first interaction with Astro Palace to set up a birthday surprise for my wife. Hope greeted us at reception and discreetly didn’t wish my wife happy birthday until after she entered our suite door and saw her surprise: a large heart of rose petals on the bed and around the floor, a bouquet of flowers, birthday cake and wine. It was a lovely moment, which Hope left us to enjoy by ourselves, and a perfect start to our honeymoon and first holiday in 3 years! After the birthday surprise, as it was already late when we arrived, we quickly got ready for dinner at the hotel restaurant and met Kostas for the first time! Kostas is a lovely soul, a great source of information and was ever-present during our stay. The food and cocktails were excellent, so we returned for cocktails most evenings and had breakfast everyday, including the lovely omelettes ordered by Kostas. We booked massages with the delightful Kiki, part of the Astro Palace Spa Team, and experienced the best massages we’ve had to date by Anna and Mike. I used to have monthly sports massages and we’re both qualified masseuses (as a hobby), so we know what good feels and sounds like. Hope was amazing and we always looked forward to speaking to her and Dorothy on reception. All the staff at Astro Palace were exceptional, personable and genuinely invested in ensuring their guests had the best stay in Santorini, by providing guidance on where to visit, eat and drink and then seeking feedback when we returned.

Great property, very comfortable rooms. The service is the best ever. Great people make you feel welcome and they are always very competent. Location could be better. 10 minute walk to Fira is ugly and in the middle if buses and traffic.
