Хороший отель недалеко от вокзала, небольшой, тихий, но дороговато… Завтрак скудный, фруктов почти нет, один день есть вообще было почти нечего, ребенку кашу пришлось заказывать за доплату (была только манная- совсем уж бюджетный вариант). Порадовал ресторан в отеле вечером: приготовили даже то, чего в меню на ужин нет и очень красиво подали!

Das Hotel hat mir aufgrund eines medizinischen Notfalls nur zwei Nächte in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl ich nicht angereist bin und ich vorher ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass eine Stornierung nicht möglich ist. I had to cancel the stay due to a medical emergency and they refunded me 4 out of 6 nights although the official cancellation fee is 100 % this close to the stay.

Top notch hotel in central "Piter"
Really close to the Green/Red Metro lines, and only 1-2 stations away from the other lines. The building itself is located on a rather calm parallell street to the famous Nevsky Prospekt. Great staff: helpful and english speaking. Bonuses: * ATM inside the hotel * Free bottle of water every day, after every cleaning

Good location in center of St Petersburg, though very quiet. Regular room little bit small but for the price it is not that bad. Would like to see night lights in bathroom as it is only possible to turn full light at night, which is unpleseant. Otherwise I liked my stay and will come again.

Прекрасное расположение. Всего сотня метров от Невского и станции метро Маяковского, но очень тихо. Спать комфортно. Хороший матрас на кроватях, постельное белье. Уютный небольшой ресторанчик, где можно плотно позавтракать утром и спокойно посидеть вечером. Все за умеренную плату. Для меня стало открытием, что в этом переулке проживали Маршак, Барто, Бродский, ну и Владимир Ильич, конечно. Несколько смутило, что так и не удалось получить Wi-Fi соединение. Возвращался в отель поздно и не всегда заставал кого-то на ресепшене. На мой звонок из номера вечером на ресепшен тоже никто не ответил.

Hotelli oli siisti, aamupala hyvä, nettiyhteys erinomainen, sijainti keskeinen ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Läheisen Marata-kadun äänet kuuluivat hotellihuoneeseen yöllä, muuten kaikki oli hyvin.

Very convenient and comfortable hotel
This hotel is close to the metro station and Nevsky street, but very calm apart from the noises of crowded cars in the Nevsky street. Not so expensive but enough comfortable for business and tourism The hotel staffs speak in English. Breakfast is awful, but when you are bored from the breakfast you can easily find cafe near the hotel. Wifi goes well. The room is clean. The desk in the room is enough wide to work there. What else do you want?

我們是從莫斯科坐火車來聖彼得堡，早上6點就抵達，很感激飯店旅館的貼心，讓我們提早進入房間休息，態度好，早餐好吃，選擇多，地鐵很近很方便，環境很舒適乾淨，會再來住

Гостиница понравилась, встретили хорошо, номер очень чистый, по размеру нормальный, места достаточно для 2 взрослых и 1 ребенка. Кровать большая, поместились втроем спокойно. Завтрак очень хороший, всего достаточно, делают яичницу на заказ (бесплатно), разнообразие есть, можно наесться мне кажется любому человеку. С выездом тоже проблем не было. В номере 2 бутылки воды как комплимент. Из минусов: очень плохо стекала вода в ванной. Сказали при выезде, надеюсь исправят. И второй минус - мелочность в отношении чая в номере - он и сахар платные, кофе у нас не было, может в других номерах есть. В общем очень довольны. Поразила чистота номера. Еще есть чаепитие в 5 вечера, на него к сожалению не попали так как приехали поздно. Как пожелание, если приезжаешь позже предложить чай и выпечку на попозже. Мелочь, а приятно. Расположение хорошее - 10 мин пешком от московского вокзала.

Nice location. period.
Stayed at the Cronwell hotel for 4 days. The hotel staff was friendly but not very helpful in terms of local navigation. The facilities are old and needs an upgrade. The rooms was okay; small and outdated but enough to get a decent sleep for a couple of nights. The best reason to stay in this hotel is its strategic location. You are only 3 mins walk to central station where the metro and public transits are. Most of the shopping and dining areas are walking distance as well. Overall its an ok hotel primarily because of the location but everything else needs still needs improvement.

Useasti vierailtu hotelli. Sijainti mainio, siksi aina palaamme. Huoneet alkavat tosin jo kaivata pientä freessausta. Iltapäivätee on kiva, kannattaa ehdottomasti hyödyntää.

交通便利 位置佳
位置佳，步行去各大景点，百米内有地铁站，走路五分钟就是莫斯科火车站。处于城市中心区域，吃饭娱乐购物都很方便。酒店提供免费早餐虽然种类不多，但也方便。酒店构造有点像学生公寓，干净整洁，但枕头太高不舒适，但也如其三星评级一样，不能苛求很多。
