The staff was very supportive and helpful despite not knowing English. We lost our cellphone during day trip and they helped us in getting back. Special thanks to Ms Gozde and manager at the reception .

“Flooded” room not available - waiting for refund
They told me upon arrival that they cannot give me the room as it was flooded and they brought me to a 3 star hotel with a very small double room with no windows and so I told them I can’t stay in that room as it was uncomfortable, dirty surroundings, lots of men smoking in the lobby, and too small for me and my friend. We wanted twin beds which was the one we booked but apparently was flooded. They were probably fully booked and they told me they were going to refund my booking. Still waiting on the $35.95 I paid to be refunded back to my account.

This property has value for The money you pay. There are so many restaurants around there, it’s very closed to Basmane Train Station and metro. The staff are polite and helpful. Their breakfast is delicious. It was a comfortable stay for one night.

Busy but peaceful
We stayed in total for 3 nights at the hotel. Our stay was very comfortable, and was great value for money. The location is very good. Public transport, food and shopping are all less than 5 minutes walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Perfectly positioned for centre and great service.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast plentiful. Business Centre was closed but it did not cause too much problems. There are many good restaurants nearby.

The staff were charming and the room was big and comfortable. The air conditioning was so quiet and efficient and there were lots of really good TV channels. The breakfast was just ordinary though, no real coffee, and no fresh fruit juice.

Do Not book if you have a smoke allergy! I booked the hotel as a non-smoking room, but was brought to a room with an ashtray in it. They offered me a different room, but it was just another room that had been smoked in with the smoke covered up by an air freshener. The second night there, cigarette smoke was coming through the air conditioner during the night. Someone from the adjoining room must have been smoking heavily. I left the hotel with a headache and sore throat as my body does not respond well to smoke.

Nice location clean and comfortable room
well, to our surprise honestly, hotel was better than all the other ones in the area (i think) room was large enough and the bathroom was very nice. It was clean. The area is quite and close to the center. Staff was also friendly. Definitely recommend to those who look for a better price than park inn or radisson etc..

Clean and great breakfast spread
This place was very good, especially at the rate we paid. Everything was very clean and tidy, the room exceeded our expectations, the staff was very nice and helpful. The neighborhood surrounding isn't Izmir's finest, but it offers many cafes and restaurants and is walking distance to the more chic areas; some call it a seedy neighborhood, but I hesitate to degrade it coming from basically any city in America.

What a night mare
From the outside when u see the hotel u think that u r entering the heaven, but as soon as u get your room u will realize that u r in a place like the grave no sun light it smells smoky and the towels looks 100 years old, my reservation was for 4 night, but i spend the whole first night waiting for the morning to check out bcoz i didn't sleep at all i just coughing all the night becoz of the smoking smell

Recomended hotel. House keeping should pay more attention for bath accessoires, specialy hair brush. it could be used by previouse gest with no sign on it. Must be replaced anyhow.

Mostly positive, staff couldn't have been nicer first and formost without being intrusive, breakfast spot on as it offered plenty of choice, toiletries in bathroom of good quality not to mention a comfortable bed.Easy access to main bus offices......having said all this not situated in the most salubrious part of town although to be fair ever had any problem with this

15 -20 min walking to Konak (by bus no 45 if you can't walk).. few meters to the 9th square where a suttle bus takes you to the bus station (if you are interested to travel to different cities in Turkey). hotel is also very close to the metro station, very safe to come at night. hotel staff are very freindly and helpfull.. they respond very quickly to your request. the reception staff provided some touristic guidance and explain hote to go to specific street/place. i hihgly recomend you to stay in the hotel.

This was a clean hotel, with comfortable rooms and very attentive and friendly service. The downstairs restaurant, while not too fancy, was a fantastic value and delivered an excellent meal. I'd certainly stay here again!

Great hotel for business and couples
Very central to the Fair centre not too far from the airport. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is awesome especially the soup. The bed is so comfortable Will stay there again when I visit Izmir

4* hotel for smokers, 0* for non-smokers
Specificaly asked for non-smoking room.1st night slept about 4 hour with a nose burning, not sure from where the nicotine was coming (next room, outside, a/c, bathroom...) but was agonizing. Next day gave me another room far from everybody, but the room still smelled smoke, but not active; so could sleep that night. Overall very nice hotel and good breakfast, nice staff, but what a problem the smoke in there !! That's why I would give it only a 3* max, but should be a 0* for the horrible 1st night I had. I'm back there soon and will try another hotel, then will be sure how many starts this one deserves.

Stay here, you won't regret it!
This is a gem of a hotel in the middle of Izmir. The location is great, and it's nearby some great shopping and restaurants. It's also steps away from the train station and a short walk to the bay. The amenities are of a quality and sophistication of what you'd expect in a hotel that charged twice the nightly rate. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed! The staff is courteous and very responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the Izmir area.
