Love the rooms they are nice, even with my kids. They love the pool and that it’s open until 10pm. The wifi could be better but we still love the place and breakfast is yummy too! We will be coming here everytime we are in town.

Ease of access was nice. Staff was friendly. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, not o really a good experience.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable! Parking was convenient and the elevator/luggage cart was extremely helpful getting our things to the room! Housekeeping Staff were friendly and accommodated our linen and bedding needs upon request. Would definitely stay here again!

There was a ticking or banging noise coming from inside the walls that was pretty loud in our room. I called down to the front desk twice trying to get this addressed and no one answered the phone either time. We were only there for the night do we toughed it out but it was a poor night of sleep as a result even with earplugs. Except for that issue the room was clean and comfortable.

It’s close to ISU which is why I was here for my daughter, the pool was chilly at first but amazing, room was great! Breakfast was pretty good. Loved that the room provided good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I like the check out being at noon.

Every person we encountered was professional and nice. Breakfast was excellent, beds were comfortable and room was clean. Complimentary cookies and water at check in made my kiddos night! Would highly recommend.

We chose this hotel because it listed that it had an electric vehicle charger. It did not!! It also changed for parking, which was not in the listing and it is out of the downtown. Our”suite “ was so small you could barely walk on each side of the bed! No lotioin was provided, and upon asking we were told not available. The toiletries were severely lacking. The only redeeming thing was the breakfast.

Cancelled and Disappointed
I wasn't able to stay here - with less than two weeks prior to my stay. They sent me an email stating they "had a glitch in the system and overbooked and therefore cancelled my room" I booked it well over a month - if not two prior and they waited until two weeks before the event to cancel. Everything else it town was overpriced or booked due to a race at LaVerne Gibson - extremely disappointed! They didn't even offer anything!

It was ok for one night stay. It was quiet which was nice. Our room wasn’t the cleanest and the shower needs some updates. The remote barely worked for the tv. Our card was also charged an extra $30 than what our receipt says.

Room was ok floors not so clean. would be nice if you had a night lite of some kind in the hall or bathroom. Towels and washcloths were very rough. Fan in the bathroom was very loud.

Everyone was so friendly. We were in town for a funeral and we all really appreciated the hospitality.

There was a plumbing leak and they water was turned off for at least 4 hours. I understand building maintenance issues arise from time to time, but there was no warning. I waited for a long time and then had to finally leave slipping a shower. The front desk lady was nice though. She offerred a discount but could not get it to me because Hotels.com is a third party.

Nice place!
The carpets had been cleaned that day, so while they looked and smelled nice, they were a bit damp. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good.
