가격대비최악의숙소네요
처음에 예약할때 가격이 꽤 비싸길래 기대를 하고 갔는데 가격대비 최악의숙소네요.. 우선 가장 마음에 안 들었던 점은 멜버른 시내에서 멀리 위치해있다는 점이에요 무료트램을 타려면 15~20분은 걸어야 해요 방에는 다행히 욕실이 딸려있는데다가 공용 욕실도 따로 있어 욕실 이용에는 크게 불편함은 없었어요 불편했던 점은 멜버른 시내에 가는게 멀었다는 점 말곤 없어요 대신 가격이 너무 비싸요 가격대비로 따지자면 최악인듯...

We did not stay. Booked (which I didn’t) and had no reminder or pre- guest message to advise of booking. No one returned my call as to why I was billed for something I didn’t book nor stay at. $200 gone without my knowledge.

Adequate room for the night
This place is old and quaint. We had a double ensuite room, and it was as described. Bathroom was lovely, shower great, queen bed comfortable, aircon worked well on a couple of hot summer days/nights. The breakfast is adequate, a great little inclusion. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We stayed here to go to the tennis, great spot within walking distance of sporting precinct, as well as the city if you need to go there. Good value for money if you just want a little room for the night. Added bonus is the free car parking off the street. Better for smaller cars though as it is quite narrow.

The window was broken and I couldn’t close it properly. So sometimes small moths came into the room. But breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Great value bed and breakfast at a relatively central location. MCG and Fitzroy gardens within walking distance. Off street parking albeit limited and relatively tight rear lane access. Good variety served at breakfast. Negatives, no room service. Creaky floor boards. Our toilet had a slow leak meaning the cistern was constantly trying to fill, light sleepers take note! Towels and décor in general are antiquated but not in a nice way. Only one key between the two of us unless you pay an extra deposit. Check in times relatively limited.

Great value
Excellent location with excellent value for money, great hosts, free parking and free breakfast. We had a double room, bed was comfy, shower had good pressure and room was clean. Its pretty dated but it suited our needs perfectly. We have booked another night already!

Handy location, we enjoyed our stay. The room was dated however it was clean. Overall it’s good value considering a hot breakfast and parking was included.

The location fabulous. Room needed a good clean. Place very tired. My room had a noticeable unpleasant smell. Thick dust under bed and cobwebs around the room.. the bed was comfortable and i hope clean.

The location of this property is excellent for access to the city, the MCG, the Yarra river and Richmond. It has an old world charm & is located in a beautiful area. The staff, especially Anthony always go out of their way to be helpful and make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Welcome to Melbourne
Well worth the drive from Sydney. Great location, friendly staff and freshly cooked breakfast. Left the car parked at hotel for 3 days and travelled with Myki card on trains and trams.

This is a three star B & B as advertised. It is definitely the top end of that rating. Place was clean and comfortable. One can see that renovations have been recent. Heating was very good.Mini fridge was very cold. Very close to both trains and trams. Staff where very friendly on arrival and departure. If you are wanting 5 star facilities then look else where. I will definitely be staying there again

A beautiful old building in need of a refurbishment but had everything I needed for a short stay in a perfect location. The service was fantastic and the breakfast was easy and very satisfying.

It was close to MCG / Tennis Centre - purpose of my visit. It was a quiet neighbourhood, felt safe walking around and could get where I needed to go easily. Didn't realise breakfast was included in the price, so that wad a bonus for me.
