Glad I had but one night here, the conditions in the bathroom were unacceptable. Toilet ran non stop, shower stall falling apart, held together with duct tape but worst of all was the mold!

Great for cruise ships and shopping. Quiet and clean except for a bit of mold in bath. Thin mattress tolerable for a night or two. Great breakfast and wonderful staff make up for any issues.

Cheap and cheerful. 20 minute walk from train station, 2 minute walk to free shuttle to cruise boarding terminal. Hotel, rooms, are old, but adequate. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

For the reasonable price paid, this property is a good value. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the necessities are at hand and staff friendly and efficient. The hotel is perfectly convenient to the port entrance.

Terrible place
The service was excellent however the place is run down, the beds are terrible and hard, the breakfast was terrible and cheap, the coffee was great, the amenities were terribly disappointing. The hotel was so old, the lighting was awful. The shower was so small, we couldn’t turn around in it and the shower head was old and the shower had some mold. The recommendations all lied.

Family Owned Hotel Near Cruise Port
The staff at this property and the price are what make this a great choice for a short stay. It is a 15-minute walk or 10 euros cab ride from the Civitavecchia train station but very easy to find, even at night. Michael at the front desk is amazing, as is the coffee barista (awesome cappuccinos). They go out of their way to make you feel at home. Breakfast is continental (yogurt, sweet cakes, toast, cold cuts, cereal, coffee, juice, etc.) but plentiful unless you are seeking a full American style breakfast. Great views of the sea from the 4th floor rooms. Aside from minor flooring damage beneath the desk chair and a bit of questionable caulking in the shower, everything else was fine. They offer late check-in which is great for travelers arriving at FCO airport in the evening, given the distance. It is also a short walk to the free port bus for those taking a cruise. I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal für Kreuzfahrtgäste
Wir habe 1 Nacht vor einer Kreuzfahrt übernachtet. Vorteil war, gut mit Bus vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Haltestelle vor der Tür. Abfahrtstelle der Shuttlebusse zum Kreuzfahrtschiff ist direkt um die Ecke vom Hotel. Also für Kreuzfahrer ideal. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotelstandard ist dem Preis angemessen, eigentlich nichts auszusetzten. Nochmals, ideal für Kreuzfahrtgäste

Nous sommes demeurés une nuit au Traghetto en attente d'embarquement sur un navire de croisière. L'hôtel est situé près du centre-ville et directement de l'autre côté de la rue de la navette qui nous amène gratuitement au terminal de croisière. La chambre était très confortable et le petit déjeuner excellent. Nous avons bien aimé l'endroit.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommended this hotel to my friends and I plan to stay there again. It is an easy walk to the cruise port. There are great restaurants nearby. There is also a grocery store only a block away for last minute items for the cruise. I'll stay here every time I cruise from Civitavecchia.

Great location for cruisers but disappointing
The staff was very helpful. We choose the hotel for the amazingly convenient location to the cruise line boarding tents. We were disappointed in the facility however. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. The shower was tiny and required a high step to enter. Cracked floor tiles were covered by a small throw rug. Access to the elevator requires going up a flight of stairs from the ground floor, which was hard for my wife with limited mobility.

Property is clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Room was good size. Only negative was the shower was tiny and not sure how an elderly or bigger person would have managed.

We stay at this small hotel before and after our cruise. Right across where you have to enter the port for the free shuttles to the pier and cruise terminal. Wonderful staff,clean, ac worked perfectly. Loved the lady that made our "due capuccini" each morning. I know for some people it may not be the same as some American hotels.. But for me, it is much better in their unique Italian hospitality way.

This is our second time staying here. The location is great. The people are very friendly and helpful. It's not a modern hotel but the bed is comfy, the air conditioning works, and they have a fantastic breakfast. The espresso is the best we have ever had. We will stay here every time we are in town.

This hotel was excellent value for money especially for a night or two prior to a cruise as its minutes walk from the port. very clean and friendly staff and adequate breakfast for the money. would definitely stay again for a short stay.

This was a lovely place to stay. I stayed a few days after a cruise. Short walk to restaurants and shops and the train. The staff was wonderful.
