Hi Angel, we're sorry to hear about your cancellation. Our co-working space is often busy because of our reliable and high speed internet; we are not sure what might have went wrong with your internet.Also for all events, the latest we ever go 12am, and around once a month it might be 1am but we have give a long heads-up to all the guests that might with us during the 1am events.We hope that you managed to bounce back to a decent location and wish you safe travels, hoping that you will visit us again another time.

Hi Laurie,Sorry to hear that your experience felt this way. We do have different events on daily basis offering a unique and diverse approach to being in the center of Playa del Carmen.Although you might have fallen on an event that happens to be busier, usually they are casual, nice presence, and always finish at 12am, offering peace of mind for a full night sleep considering that you are staying in the heart of a party city.We believe that 2 hours is not enough time to judge what it is like to stay at Caché, but we definitely respect your thoughts on it. Hey Andy!Many thanks for the time you took to write a review, all feedbacks are important.Thank you for your insight on the room refresh. As a matter of fact, the new administration has began operating since the beginning of the year and has completely remodeled the amenities, to the point where it would be hard to recognize it if you saw it.The first step was make the rooms as comfortable as possible by having very comfortable mattresses, brand new pillows and sheets, brand new towels, as well as a modification to have constant hot water. The ACs were also redone to give each room control of it's climate for extra comfort.The only thing missing a aesthetical refreshes as you mentioned, and we are slowly getting there.We have an extremely high speed internet Wifi hat was majorly boosted, and the TVs in all rooms should be functional with no issues. We are sorry to heat that you had issues with yours, it usually quiet an easy fix when it is reported. That being said, we really hope that you fully enjoyed your stay and that you plan to visit us again in the future.Best wishes and safe travels!

No importa si te retiras antes de tu salida la habitacion se quedó apartada para usted los días que pago y solicito por la aplicación Si usted reserva x días Son los días que le cobramos y son los días que se queda la habitacion apartada para su hospedaje Al momento de irse No sabíamos si regresaba o no y por ese motivo se le dejó preparada el tiempo reservado Y como le comente tenemos todo grabado y no fue acosada en ningun momento Solo se le solicito el pago directamente en su habitación 2 veces ya que no bajaba a recepción a pagar su deuda Saludos
