Stayed in one of the nicer rooms. love the location here! took 2 tours that picked us up from hotel. only issue is that the A/C broke on the second day. But the weather was nice so it was not much of an issue

El agua caliente era difícil que saliera, y sería bueno que las toallas las cambian diariamente. Fuera de todo, muy lindo el lugar. El personal es muy amable.

La atencion en todo momento fue de calidad, en todo momento nos ayudaron. Si buscas una zona muy tranquila este alojamiento no es. Ya que está en una zona muy buena pero hay muchos restaurantes por lo tanto la afluencia de personas es concurrida sin embargo para nosotros no fue un problema ya que nos encantó la zona y la atención.

Excellent choice with this place! Starting with their hospitality, they are very nice and diligent. Free breakfast options are great and is walkable to the party area. Even though is near the night life you can barely hear any noice at night. We had a blast and we highly recommend them.

The staff was so nice and helpful. There is a lot of privacy and the apt gets cleaned very nicely. I loved my stay here and will come back to stay again in the future. The views from the balcony were amazing.

Watch out for dishonest people at the front desk making up charges and charging you more than you should have. I don’t recommend this place.

The locatie is heel goed, bars en restaurants vlakbij. Het ontbijt wordt verzorgt door een restaurant aan de overkant van het hotel en is fantastisch, zeer veel opties (kunt keuze maken uit bijna de gehele ontbijt/lunchkaart). Ontbijt was een hoogtepunt. Het hotel zelf ook goed, netjes en schoon, de badkamer kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken want doet nogal gedateerd aan en dan met name de douche. Wij hadden kamer aan de voorkant en deze had een leuk groot balkon met uitzicht.

Excelente ubicación y servicio. Mejorar wifi ñ.
Este lugar tiene una excelente ubicación, tienes acceso a restaurantes, bares y comercio en general todo caminando. El personal muy amable y servicial todo el tiempo, ante cualquier inconveniente, te resuelven a cómo pueden a la brevedad. El desayuno es en un restaurante al frente que es espectacular. Recomiendo este lugar al 100% y me volvería a hospedar. Al estar en un lugar muy movido, por las noches puede haber un poquito de ruido pero nada crítico. Como trabajador remoto, el wifi si es deficiente, teniendo una conexión menor a 15mb inestable, solo fui capaz de trabajar con cable ethernet ya que el wifi era aún más lento.

Buena atención y la suite está muy linda. La única observación es que en el frigobar tienen bebidas que crei que eran de cortesía cómo en otros hoteles , pero al final de estadía me cobraron. Deberían ser claros en que tienen un costo y cuál es para que tu cómo usuario decidas si las consumes.

Fue mi primera vez que viste Medellín Colombia fue una experiencia espectacular. El Hotel Orange Suite del Poblado lo recomiendo al maximo … un hotel súper limpio con un staff súper atentos bien amables profesionales y sobre todo súper divinos. Christian fue espectacular con un servicio 5 estrella … esta ubicado en una zona súper tranquila pero cerca de toda fiesta en el poblado.. volveré a Medellín y me hospedaré en el Orange Suite
