Reception staff was not trained enough to talk decently. Lots of mosquitoes and fuming smell throughout the hotel. I booked a non-smoking room but they giving me a smoked room with puking smell in the hallway

I checked into a very sub standard room where the AC was running full blast in the peak of Delhi winter and there was a smell in the bathroom. I was ready to walk out, but I commend the management and staff for insisting that I give them a chance. They shifted me to a MUCH better room where the heating actually worked. The breakfast buffet was very good for the price and the hotel was crowded which is a good sign. Average hotel but with excellent management and staff which makes up for everything. Its the people that make this property.

It was the worst experience. No AC in the reception I had to wait there in 50 degrees for 2 hours as my check in was 12:30pm. Then my food was burnt and also when I asked for a water bottle they gave me a hot water bottle. I am so disappointed with the service and it feels like I wasted my money.

Hotel in bad shape, needs serious remodeling
I would give zero stars if there was an option. The room was dirty, mosquito infested, sheets were damp, air conditioning was non functional. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Nice Building But as functional hotel its Bad,
Reached Hotel at 9.00 PM after a very tiring journey, though I had informed the Hotel about my late Check in , you would expect them to be ready from the normal check in time 12.30 pm. But to my surprise rooms where not ready and my family had to wait 30 mins for the first room and the second room was given after an hour. when we entered the room , the master card key did not fit into the power slot properly , making power go off every 3 mins. this was rectified by housekeeping by inserting another card into the slot to make the connection tight. The menu was impressive but the guy taking orders had no idea about the continental stuff mentioned. Chicken Crispy with Gherkin and other vegetables was the normal chilly chicken , Mushroom soup had no mushroom pcs and was served cold , A exotic Burger was a simple burger with tomatoes. But the shocker was that payment has to be done immediately as this account is different than the hotel room account. Later on the Toilet Mirror bulbs stopped functioning and could not be repaired. The hot water kettle kept in the room was damaged and broken , maybe by some previous guest , but housekeeping had no idea , but replaced it when I complained. Another shocker was that there is no complimentary breakfast served, and they call this a Business hotel ??? , Expedia should have informed me this prior to booking , nowadays you don't find any business hotel without complimentary breakfast. Bell Boy availability is scarce.

Things I really liked: the helpful staff, the clean and well-maintained facilities and rooms, the quiet environs and the well-appointed rooms. Things that need improvement: the food in the restaurant is overpriced and the quality is not too great, especially for the price. The regional breakfast items are good but main courses could do with a serious overhaul.

Uncomfortable beds; too soft for comfort
We stayed for one night. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bathrooms are very small. Everything around the hotel was dug up and dusty. The staff lacked personal touch. The property is excellent but could be better managed. Basically it is a business hotel, not recommended for family trips.

Our experience of staying at Sarovar Portico Fatidabad has been quite good! Rooms are clean and give a good view of the entire Surajkund area. Service was prompt and helpful. Even though we booked the property through hotels.com but the resolution for some error at the time of check out was provided by the hotel front desk team. Apparently in our voucher provided by hotels.com breakfast was a part of the room package however the hotel had some other information. Inspite of making several calls to the booking party no resolution was sought until the front office manager intervened and waived off the breakfast amount from our fnf receipt so that we don't get hassled. Speaks volumes about customer retention and satisfaction! Overall a very good experience

Mixed bag
The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, what lets the hotel down is the truly horrendous customer service. 2 hours to check in then 2 hours to check out says it all.

Great Location
The stay was comfortable and the food was good. Since it was on the highway there was no congestion. Being a new hotel the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only complaint is that there are no taxi or auto stands nearby but then the Badarpur Metro station is only 5kms. away.

Upgradation for entertainment.
Hotel stay was awesome like everytime but the only thing they are lacking is that they shoul ope a club or pubb kind of place in their premises only so as to make available the mode of entertainment to the guest. As like other countries our indian hotels should also provide these club/pub ( music n drinks) to the guest only not for the outsiders so as to avoid unnecessary hasals ... because everytime guest has to seek these things outside which are far away from hotel. Tats it from ma side n i am sure not only me so many thinks like this only.
