Very comfortable place to stay. Staff are always extremely helpful & friendly. Rooms are nice and food is delicious. I have tried other places in Bournemouth but Pavilion Arms is definitely the one I’ll keep returning to.

My overnight stay was good from check-in with polite staff to check-out the next day. My room was cosy and big enough for one occupant, very clean and a bed that was one of the best Ive slept in for a long while, so comfortable! Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

Great pub & rooms
This was a great find for us on a one-night stay in Bournemouth! It's outside the main hustle & bustle in a leafy residential area. The room was hot as it was summertime and imagine there's not much to be done in an older building, but other than that, we can't fault it! Very clean, cleverly decorated facilities and an amazing restaurant in the pub downstairs. Really you must try the food! The manager Rebecca is a sweetheart and did everything in her power to make our short stay that much nicer. It seems she does often go above and beyond for her guests!

Absolutely amazing. The staff, service, cleanliness, food location is all 10/10. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed we a friendly smile. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable with a stocked mini bar. The food in the downstairs pub was exquisite and the breakfast was the best I have had in a long time. Plenty of choice, and again 10/10 I can't wait to return.

Lovely room, the Bramley toiletries were amazing. I ordered the hand cream from Amazon just after sampling it there. Friendly staff, great breakfast with multiple choices included in the price. An array of reasonably priced drinks and snacks in the fridge - bottles of water and milk were complimentary. The tray of hot drink making facilities included a cafeteria, sachets of ground coffee, breakfast tea, hot chocolate, brown and white sugar lumps and biscuits. The bed was on the firm side but that suited my back. I enjoyed watching the large screen TV and took advantage of the WiFI. The shower was powerful and the soft white towels were plentiful. I will definitely stay here next time when I visit my friend who is in a nearby care home.

Excellent place to stay
We spent 2 night at the Pavilion Arms and we had a very good stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The choice for breakfast was excellent, all ingredients were fresh and well-presented as well as being very tasty. We had 2 evening meals and there were excellent too. We will stay again when we visit Bournemouth in the future.

Very nice pub, especially the rooms. Everything you need is catered for, and the food from the restaurant is top quality. Lovely little gem in a not so nice town!

We stayed in the cosy room and it was absolutely amazing, the interior design was lovely and the room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t shower as the water was too hot.

Comfortable accommodation with everything you need for a short stay in Bournemouth. Fantastic staff who all took time to make sure myself (and my dog!) had a lovely stay. Great food & a lovely atmosphere in the bar. Looking forward to returning.

Lovely small hotel. Easy check in and very good breakfast. Had a nice evening meal in pub. Recommend staying here if in Bournemouth area. Friendly staff.

Amazing room and amazing staff
This was a last minute booking and I cant recommend this lovely hotel enough. The rooms are large and comfortable with amazing attention to detail to make you feel comfortable. I will be staying here again that’s for sure. Such a fantastic price too.

The Pavilion arms July 22
Staff very friendly, quirky rooms but quite small. Lovely washing products in room ie hand wash body lotion etc. couldn’t find the entrance to hotel took us 3 attempts. Husband was disappointed that there were no cereals with breakfast but full English was very nice.

First impressions are great, really tidy and nicely decorated. Alas… our meal was served 20 mins separately, so my food went cold waiting for my husband’s to arrive, and when it did, it was shockingly small. Then the toilet in our room was blocked for 2 days, even after complaining it wasn’t fixed. The breakfast was missing items and cold and to top it off the fire alarm went off at 5am and it took 20 mins to find a number we could call the manager on, to get it turned off. The breakfast on our final morning was very good and clearly excellent produce. Shame when we first arrived we had such high hopes for a lovely stay. I can’t see us ever going back there again

Nice pub and good for a stop away from the city center. The room was small but recently updated, cosy would be the best way to describe it. We had a unfortunate incident with alarms going off (twice!) in the night forcing us to wait until staff (not on site) came and dealt with the false alarm. Had it not been for that, I'd have a higher opinion.

Exceptional stay
Exceptional stay. Room was 'Homely', large comfy bed. Staff friendly and food fantastic. Cannot fault in any way. DAB radio and smart TV in room. Good picture and could also log in with Netflix! Honestly cannot fault in any way. Will stay again for sure. Highly recommended.
