그냥 가격대비 무난한 호텔입니다.
불만도 없고, 만족도 없다고 해야할까요? 승강기가 상당히 사용에 난이도가 높습니다. 방이 상당히 좁습니다. 창문 열기도 다소 어려웠구요. 주변환경은 낮에는 상당히 깔끔한 동네지만, 저녁에는 주의를 기울여야할것 입니다.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima, vicino fermata autobus e metropolitana, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la colazione anche se poca varietà di prodotti ma tutto di ottima qualità (meglio poco e buono che tanto e scadente), camera accogliente ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Vi havde booket hotellet i god tid. Vi ankommer til et værelse, hvor der har været vandskade, der ikke er dækket til eller noget. Gipsvæggene var der store plamager/fugtskader på. Badeværelset havde ingen varme på og ventilation virkede ikke. Vi kunne ikke engang åbne vinduer, da disse var lukket til. Vi klager selvfølgelig og får efter tre ud af fire nætter et andet værelse, der er ramt af skimmelsvamp. Vi beholder vores første værelse, da der trods alt kun er mug på badeværelset i dette. Alt i alt rigtig venligt og sødt personale, men absolut et ulækkert værelse, der ikke var pengene værd.

Das erste Zimmer das wir hatten war sehr dunkel und es hat nach Abfluss sehr stark gestunken. Wir baten um einen Zimmerwechsel aber das war nicht möglich. Das Fenster war ein Luftschacht und so kam wenig Tageslicht ins Zimmer. Das Bett war sehr schmal und es gab auch nur eine Bettdecke - auf Anfrage bekamen wir zumindest eine weitere Bettdecke. Das Bad war auch sehr klein. Am nächsten tag baten wir wieder um einen Zimmertausch der dann möglich war. Das Zimmer war moderner und etwas größer als das andere. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem einfachen Kontinentalen Frühstück - der Frühstücksraum selbst ist sehr beengt und es kommt zu Wartezeiten.

HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY!!
We booked this so-called 4 star hotel for a weekend in London. The room was supersmall and dirty. The windows were moldy and the bathroom disgusting. We decided to give it a try after all but I woke up early saturday morning from a spring feather coming up from the mattress. Went to the reseption and was shown 3-4 other rooms to which we could change but each just as dirty and smelly. I have tried to get in touch with the management for 3 months now with no response. I will never go back and reccomend to stay away.

Exactly what we needed
We had 1 night in London to see a performance in Royal Albert Hall, we needed a triple room which isn't easy to find in London. This hotel provided that plus is on a bus route direct to Albert Hall so was perfect for our needs. The room was comfortable and functional, breakfast was decent, staff were excellent.

Thanks for a pleasant stay at your hotel!
We had a nice stay at Seraphine. The staff were lovely and did everything they could to give us a great stay. The beds were a bit too hard and the rooms a bit small, but we would return next time aswell!

Had a great stay at the Seraphine Kensington Olympia Hotel in October. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do a nice little breakfast each morning for getting coffee/tea, juice, and toast/fruits. The location is very convenient for using the metro system or even walking many places.

The tile in the bathroom floor was broken and had no grout to unite tile with tile. The lid on garbage can in bathroom was broken. Mold in the bathroom ceiling ( I have pictures) Wifi was consistently busy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was really hot and the windows can’t be opened so it was a bit of an uncomfortable nights sleep. Despite that the room was a nice size and had everything I needed for my stay. I would visit again as it is perfectly situated for shops, restaurants and Holland Park.
