La camera era grande e ben mantenuta. Il bagno al contrario troppo piccolo, la porta non si apre del tutto perché c'è il lavabo che intralcia, la vasca è inutile e ruba spazio. La cucina è eccellente, tutti i cibi preparati con cura e maestria.La spiaggia è carina, il bar ben posizionato e tutto il personale è gentilissimo.

Outstanding
A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff and very good facilities. Our kids loved the swimming pool and the playground area. The food was very good with a good variety of dishes! We strongly recommend this hotel for families with young kids and hope to be able to visit it next year as well!

Bra hotell, dårlig wifi
Fint hotell med god frokost. Var også greit fornøyd med middagen (buffet) som vi bestilte i tillegg. Hadde også et lite minikjøkken i leiligheten, men brukte kun kjøleskapet (såpe og klut fulgte ikke med). Sengene var gode å ligge på og a/c fungerte som det skulle. Hotellet hadde også et "bibliotek" med mange bøker på både norsk og andre språk (hotellet burde kanskje forsøkt å dele de opp i språk siden de hadde veldig mange bøker?). 5 min å gå inn til hovedgaten. Det som ikke var bra var elendig wifi. Hvis man var heldig og fikk logget seg på hotellets wifi gikk det ekstremt tregt. Stranden nedenfor hotellet var heller ikke spesielt bra. Strandsko anbefales siden sanden er veldig grov og vond å gå på. Vannet virket rent og veldig klart. Badebassengene (2 av de) var veldig fullt av lekende barn, ikke like lett for voksne å svømme med barn som hoppet fra kanten hele tiden. Badevakten som holdt oppsyn burde kanskje vært strengere? Liggestolene på stranden nedenfor var gratis for oss (kostet egentlig 5 euro for 2 stoler m/parasoll). Parkering av bil var enkelt i gaten utenfor. Alt i alt kan hotellet anbefales, spesielt til småbarnsfamilier, hvis du ikke er opptatt av hastigheten på wifi.

Området va mycket trevligt med fin shopping. Stranden va lite för stenig för min smak. Restaurangen va väl inte den bästa och vissa i personalen va inte så trevliga men det andra vägde upp.

great vacation great hotel
hello im a travel agent and have been in all kind of hotels... this hotel was one of the best surprises ... i could easy give them another 1.5stars for the 3 that they have.!!! starting with the reception -very nice and helpfull workers. the family room we got was clean and big for us as a family of 2+3 children. the beach was beutifull and the pool was great. the staff at the breakfest were very nice and breakfest was with a veriaty of food in a very good quality. we had the best vaction.hope to be there again.

abbiamo soggiornato in 2 adulti e due bambini 10 giorni ad agosto. Hotel bello e pulito (tranne la zona piscina\colazioni). sul Mare. La spiaggia è 15 metri di larghezza, di sassolini anche nei primi 10 metri in mare (fanno un po male sotto i piedi), Poi sabbia o scogli lisci. Acqua del mare pulita e cristallina. bar sulla spiaggia con ottimi piatti. ombrelloni a 5 euro giorno. La ns camera aveva una stupenda ed enorme terrazza vista mare (pagando un piccolo supplemento). Non vale la pena la mezza pensione in quanto la zona ristorazione è la meno adeguata di tutto l'albergo, quantità enormi di cibi ma poca qualità, personale sgarbato e pulizie scadenti. Al contrario il personale delle pulizie e del bar molto bravi e disponibili. Posizione centrale al paesino.

Nice and clean hotel
I spent 5 nights at the hotel together with my family. The hotel is very nice and clean and is located right next to the beach. The rooms are done on a daily basis and sheet and towels are replaced even more frequently than what is stated as official policy. The staff is friendly and responsive. The breakfast was good and much more plentiful than what you normally get from same-grade hotels in Greece. The only nuisances that we had to swallow are the fact that the Wi-Fi coverage in our wing was very poor and the internet reminded me of what it looked like in mid-1990s. In the other parts it was OK but it was of little comfort. The other issue that I couldn't cope with was the TV. There were just a few channels with relatively bad quality and the picture was cropped. And no, that wasn't remote control's user fault. Apart from those two issues that were most likely typical to the specific room and not to the hotel in general, we felt deep satisfaction with our stay.

Fantastic Hotel close to beach
What a fantastic hotel !!!!! Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable with regular linen change. The hotel has every thing you need , pool with lifequard, beach bar serving food and drinks which looks onto the beach!!!! Sunbeds and loungers. We were a party of 8 with 4 teenagers the adults had a very relaxed holiday and there was plenty for the kids to-do the crazy sofa was a big hit. The local village a short walk away had lots of great restaurants and bars. Can't wait to go back !!!!!!!

12 Tage Aufenthalt in einem guten Hotel. Möbeliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Top Lage, da es das einzige Hotel mit direkter Strandlage ist. Essen war lecker und Getränkepreise günstig. Einzig ein wenig Personal, so das zum Abendbrot oder während der Poolstunden alles ein wenig länger dauerte. Der Pool ist super, vor allem für Kids. Sauberkeit könnte noch ein Tick besser sein. Für den Strand sind Badeschuhe auf Grund der vielen Steine zu empfehlen.

Too much money for Mediocre Hotel
The hotel was asking 5€/day for sunbeds and umbrellas even you had paid a huge amount for a couple of night stay. So what is the meaning of arraning a hotel close to seaside? Uncomfortable room with old style furnitures and cleaning was weak. Open buffet breakfast was considerable but with a limited time from 8:30 to 10:30 so if you are late ...... Free Wifi is another headache that you are lucky if you can connect&open the page you requested. This hotel does not deserve the amount of the money they ask for. When you bring your children it should be considered but note that any child bigger than 8 y/o will get bored here.

Fräsch hotell, Bra dubbelsäng bekväm men bäddsoffan med extra sängen får en 3a. Bra mat, bra personal som tyvär får jobba varje dag morgon till kväll. Enda nackdelen är stranden. Ett stort stenparti, ( stenblock ca 5 meter ut 5 m brett, men det funkade ändå. Fint vatten, 50 m upp för stranden så är stenpartiet blocket borta.. Bekvämt för alla, barn mm. Rent o snyggt

Perfect location, close to the beach.
Nice hotel, frendly staff, delicious food, clean and tidy rooms. The only thing I didn't like is that the room furniture was sooo old and the WIFI conection soooo slow.

Good memories
Great location. Clean and maintained. Great pools suitable for all ages. You can position your self by the pool, bar or beach and overlook your children playing in playground. New building is across the street. Beach is not very clean with stones and small rocks in the water. Breakfast is rich but may get crowded and need to wait for table to clear.

Personal keine Griechen, daher sehr nett; Essen sehr gut; Extras an der Bar sehr teuer; Strand ungepflegt; Meer sehr steinig - teilweise gefährlich; Strandliegen inklusive - bei Buchung bei Expedia; Zimmer sehr groß aber ungemütlich und kalt eingerichtet - alt; Balkon nicht nutzbar, da Belüftungsanlage der Klimaanlage auf dem Balkon steht und nicht ober an der Hauswand - heiße Luft wird auf den Balkon geblasen; Pools ganz ok - könnten aber auch mal wieder general überholt werden!!

Bra och trevligt hotell nära stranden. Vi bodde i en fyrbädds familjesvit med TV, pentry och air condition. Bra läge ca 5 minuters promenad från Chanioti centrum. Trevlig och serviceminded personal. Något hårda madrasser som överallt i Grekland. Poolbar och två pooler med badvakt, varav en grundare passande för lite större barn (djupaste delen 140cm). Fria solstolar vid poolerna, mot en avgift på stranden.

Great location right on the beach
One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Greece! Besides the great location, the hotel is clean and with good service. Although it may be only a 3 star hotel, we were very satisfied, and this was our second time staying here. Will definitely come back.

Nice hotel close to the beach
We drove in at night and the hotel was difficult to find at first, as the sat nav only guided us to the town centre and street names were impossible to find. Once there, it is easy enough to get in and out. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice in hot and cold selections. However, if you are late then your choices are more limited as the buffet is not automatically topped up all the time. Be aware that the beach is shingly and not fine sand. You have to pay 5 Euros a day to use the sun loungers and shades. This should be included in the rate. Tip - Book your excursions from the travel shops in town, as the price is a lot cheaper than booking at the hotel. The wifi signal in the room is very weak & we had to be in the lobby to be able to use it. You can only use it on one device at a time. The studio room was very large, well furnished and had a balcony and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom let us down. Despite our best efforts we could not stop water getting on to the floor while showering. This was due to the positioning of the shower and the way the tub was laid out. There was also an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom as the waste drain pipe has a grilled opening right in the centre of the bathroom floor to allow the surface water to drain off.

Flott familiested, også med små barn.Mange koselige restauranter. Med fordel kan hotellet skaffe taxi til og fra flyplassen i Thessaloniki.

Regnfull ferie på flott hotell
Har vært på en ukes ferie med famileien. Flott hotell med en fin beliggenhet ved stranden med egne solsenger. Bra service med hyggelig personal. Været har derimot vært forferdelig med 6 timer sol og resten regn og overskyet. skulle vært en fantastisk uke med fint vær denne uka.

Enjoyed our stay, hotel was as expected given descriptions and previous reviews. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the only issue is that "free parking" meant finding parking on the streets or beach nearby and this can be challenging in August.

Great hotel
We've spent a great holiday in Naias. Excellent position, well mantained hotel. The personel was always at our service and all of them with a very friendly approach. The beach is just in front ( there are two buildings, we were at the one next to the beach). Our appartment was confortable, the only negative side was that our balcony was small ( for 3 people). On the beach, you pay for the beds and ubrella(parasol) 5e a day, however as we booked through hotels.com it was included in the price as well sa the internet.

Härligt familjehotell
För tredje ggr besöker vi Naias. Dels för sitt läge, mat och service. Dels för närheten till shopping och restaurang utbud i Hanioti. Hotellet har trevlig personal, god och prisvärd mat, mysig och avkopplande miljö att vistas i om man vill ha lite lugn o ro. Reser absolut tillbaka igen!

Great location for holiday resort!
We spent one night here in the beginning of May, just before the season started. Location is very good, short walking distance (app. 150m) from the central square of Hanioti. The hotel has own beach and nice pool area where were very well room now due to the off season. Rooms were clean and roomy. The only minus comes from WiFi which didn't work in our room, only in the lobby area.

The only negativity is that the hotel does not have private and protected car parking for your guests, everything else is at very high level and I recommend others to visit the hotel.

Very close from beach but very noisy in the evening. Clim very low level and we need to open windows = noisy. Breakfast poor quality and tables are limited. We need to wait a free place for take breakfast....

Hotel was really good, clean & welcoming & the staff were extremely friendly & very helpful. Especially the english receptionist who went out of her way to help us in any way that she could. Only downside was getting to the hotel from the airport apparently no transfers are available on Weds flights, something to bear in mind if you book, but we got there in the end by the bus service. We went for relaxation & that's exactly what we had, really enjoyable hols.
