interesting not knowing what company the employees worked for and not one time has anyone came to front desk to inform us of this problem. Maybe next time instead of trying to post a bad review, maybe elaborate on who it was that stayed here from YOUR company!

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your comments for our hotel. Expedia, needs to reconsider their payment policies and explain to guests whether its prepaid or if their own credit card is being declined. It has happened more times then you think

Being I went beyond the call of duty for you this is ridiculous comment!! First you lord on reservation saying 2 people but there was 6!!! Then I went beyond to move you from being upstairs to downstairs cause the wife said “I have bad knees” but didn’t look like it when she wakes back and forth from lobby taking everything from breakfast area twice back and forth and other guests were complaining about the courtesy that you took everything!!! Then the morning of everything happening we noticed the door was open and shutting constantly which was why the ac never got to cool down the appropriate way! Too many people in the room and you kept the AC on 60, with constant fan! So yes the ac will not work the way it should be! Asking for extra amenities knowing you booked the reservation wrong with having 6 people on a room so next time try not lying when making reservations! Yes I was rude and I am the owner cause your particular reservation was the ONLY one throughout the weekend that had issues!! There’s had been over 55 guests in that same room withing months time and not ONE issue with the ac until you occupied the room! No worries make sure you find accommodations elsewhere cause you will be blocked from studying at my hotel!!! Herman schultz OWNER!

I do apooogize for this inconvenience. We are aware of the shower design and in process of remedying it. As per the prescription pills, you should have stated this while you stated at property. The fair situation yes, another handicap guest requested the chair for another handicapped accessible room in which I apologized for this inconvenience.

I do apologize for this inconvenience. Due to the hotel being at capacity and sold out, we have a large construction crew staying with us thats here for a long period of time so there fore, they do cook in the rooms in which, I can conquer in what you are saying. I do apologize for this...

I do apologize my hotel was not up to your satisfaction. Yes I agree the hotel was booked and was BOOKED at last minute that I assume was possibly with your baseball team. I just wanted to let you know myself and staff members went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone was taken care of as best as possible being the amount of rooms that were added at last minute for your group in which also we actually DID make sure the rooms WERE cleaned well due to the fact we knew it would be a busy weekend. I actually had to send other customers to other hotels just to accommodate your group out of courtesy In which, I also lost customers due to the fact all the loud noise that was caused by the baseball group and other guests checked out due to this issue and had to refund. My staff strive very hard to make sure ALL rooms are cleaned as best as possible with the sanitation process especially the LINEN, TOWELS, ETC . If you were not satisfied after the first night, I wish you would have stated this to management and said something on the second night and I would have been more than happy to check you out and refunded the second night. Again, I do deeply apologize for this inconvenience in the near future maybe try to find other hotel accommodations that suit your needs of satisfaction. Thank you and have a great day. I do apologize for this inconvenience and not sure why you stated "guy was not helpful" I, Herman Schultz - OWNER of hotel was the one who helped you and even apologized for this inconvenience and moved your room asap???? Also, upon noticing when I went into the room, there was actually 4 adults (2 parents, 2 grown teenagers) but on reservation you stated 2 adults and got charged for only 2-adults instead of 4. After moving your room, I went back into the room to see if I could find the smell and assess the problem if found but, noticed the smell was gone all of a sudden?? Interesting being the smell was only in the room when everyone was inside but when empty, NO smell??? As for the room being "OUTDATED" This is a first being every guest that has stayed here, compliments the features in the room corridor as you can read guest surveys, comments, social; media reviews, etc. Beds I can say, it has been some time and am working on replacing them accordingly. I even spoke with you as you walked by the front desk to go outside to smoke and I asked you if this room was better and you stated "yes its much better thank you "I do apologize for this inconvenience and will suggest maybe in future if traveling in this area, try other hotels that fit your needs.
