Came for a big family meal and the food and service were great. All of the communal facilities were nice and really flexible for a big group.
The main drawback for us was that despite advertising electric vehicle charging on-site, it doesn't say anywhere that this is operated by BP Pulse, and you'll need a card (which you have to pay an £8 monthly fee to get), which meant we couldn't use it. Having planned to charge on arrival, we could have been really stuck and there was nothing that the reception staff could do to help.
The room was comfortable but a bit run-down, and ours looking out at the car park meant we weren't able to open the blinds at all without being fully visible to everyone outside. We were also located at the very beginning of the hallway, and the soundproofing isn't great so we heard every time someone opened a door outside.
