넖고 고급스런 아파트. 방2개 넓은 거실 욕조 큰타올 각종 주방설비를 갖춘 주방 완벽했어요 집앞 3분 간격 버스타고 지하철역까지 7분 그리고 지하철타고 런던아이까지 8분 정말 편하고 좋았어요 같은 버스타고 반대방향으로 가면 50분걸려 윔블던 테니스 박물관 가네요 다시 이용하고 싶어요

상당히 만족스러운 런던의 편안한 숙소
상당히 만족스러운 숙소 입니다. 시내가 아니라서 주변에 많은 상점이나 편의점은 적은 편이나 불편한 정도는 아닙니다. 그리고 기차역과 버스 정류장이 있어서 시내로의 접근은 불편함을 느낄 정도는 아닙니다. 숙소에서 WiFi 상태도 상당히 좋습니다. 군데 군데 청결도가 호텔 대비 떨어지지만 아주 깔끔한 성격이 아니라면 문제는 없습니다. daily keeping도 만족스러운 수준이고요. 가격 대비 상당히 만족할만한 숙소 입니다.

만족스러웠던 아파트
시설이나 크기 등은 마음에 들었습니다. 약간 먼지가 눈에 좀 보이는거 말고는.. 위치는 중심에서는 좀 떨어진가 알고 있어서 상관은 없었구요. 근처에 마트도 있고, 버스가 근처에 다 있어서 나쁘지 않았습니다

숙박은 전체적으로 좋았습니다 하지만 조금 아쉬운것은 역시 주위에 지하철역이 아닌 기차역이 있다 보니 접근성이 조금 떨어지는 단점이 있습니다

5성은 아니네요 절대. 15만원 미만에 5성급 아파트먼트라 해서 기대했는데 절대 5성은 아닙니다. 어떤 기준으로 5성이 된 건지 의문스럽습니다. 물론 나쁘진 않았습니다만, 벽지는 누가 낙서를 했는지 그대로 방치되어 있었구요. 구석구석 자세히 보면 그다지 깨끗하지도 않았습니다. 물론 주방도구나 집기 등은 잘 갖추어져 있어서 요리하기엔 좋았으나, 욕실 샤워꼭지 온도 조절이 안되서 엄청 뜨거운 물만 나와서 고군분투하다 결국 리셉션에 연락해서 사람을 불렀네요. 예약시 호텔스닷컴에 절반을 결제하고 절반을 가서 결제하는 시스템인데, 호텔스닷컴에서 결제했던 동일한 카드가 있어야 합니다. 그리고 그 카드가 본인 카드여야 하고 본인카드가 아닐 시, 전부 취소하고 본인카드로 다시해야합니다. 또한 200파운드, 34만원가량의 보증금을 미리 납부해야합니다. 이 것 때문에 매우 불편했네요. 또한 거주인용 엘리베이터는 있으나 호텔 투숙객용 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 들고 계단으로 가야 했어요.

Apartment was clean, very close to public transportation. However, we have no hot water. We complained the first day we were there. We were told they fixed it but it took a very long time. The next day we still didn’t have hot water. Complained again. Wasted all morning to get it fixed. We flew over 8 hours and couldn’t even take a hot shower. Finally, we were moved to another apartment but wasted half a day of our very limited time in London. Even in the new apartment there was not enough hot water to take four 5-10 min showers.

Un peu dépité à l’arrivé car l’immeuble est un peu décrépi, la réception sommaire, le couloir d’entrée ne paie pas de mine mais après avoir ouvert la porte de l’appartement, changement de decor. Très bel appartement, très lumineux et immense. Le quartier est très sympa et neuf. Un immense centre commercial construit dans l’ancienne usine électrique permet de se restaurer, de flâner, de faire du shopping. Le métro et les bus passent à une centaine de mètres. Garder à l’esprit qu’en cas de budget limité il faut verser une caution entre 250 et 500£ à l’arrivée. Cette caution est remboursée rapidement après le départ. Je recommande

This property is located at the worst road intersections. Car, Truck and motorcycle noise ALL night long. property is not bad, but boy oh boy, made the worst mistake booking this. No sleep!!!

The apartment itself was very nice but we didn't have warm water for a couple of time when we were taking a shower and they didn't really fix the problem even though we called them

Bright light right outside bedroom window, blind cords not working so couldn’t block out the light, lots of road noise. Floor was awful, creaking and felt like you were going to fall through when walking around. Sofa was a bit low for us. Kitchen was good. Location was good for US Embassy

Read the small print!!!
Apartment was clean comfy well equipped and spacious. Downside….. read the small print!!! Deposit of £250 is required of immediate payment on checking in! A deposit that nearly 24hrs later I haven’t got back even though I checked out before 8am. Also it was really cold and the radiators didn’t work nor the aircon on heat mode! We were in bed by 10pm to get warmed up.

We will definitely stay again. The property does need some maintenance work and any work that has been done is not of good quality (for example the corking around the shower, furniture, chipped). However, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The Power House shopping nearby is wonderful.

Arrived and couldn’t get in stood in the rain till someone came and opened the gate, very noisy and just blinds on the windows so very light, very outdated hardly any hot water after one shower there were 3 of us, Towels supplied but useless cheap and small for a bath towel, big dog running around d the courtyard wouldn’t stay again

The worst experience of our life. They over booked the hotel and threw us out after the reservation was confirmed. The most unprofessional rude staff we have experienced any where around the world. Vicious dog on premises that they use to scare the guests away when they want them to leave as the staff watches and laughs. As we were waiting in the driveway for our taxi they unleashed the dog from his collar and laughed as it barked at us and chased us from the gate. Never never never never stay there ever. Serious safety risk for children and humans in general
