Perfect features.
Very perfect for every aspect. Very cozy and well balanced renovated property of a traditional riad. Gentle and professional members for not just a basic maintenance but also supporting my travel. Good value of dinner considering price. Nice view of the roof top seeing the town as a whole. Location is also perfect to access to the medina as a base camp from the Bluegate area.

What a surprise, after you walk through the doors and into the riad, you are transported . It’s magical !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The staff , the food , the service , all superb.

Great Riad
This charming riad features a stunning, centrally-located garden and a rooftop restaurant offering picturesque views. However, please note the absence of elevators. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and attentive. First-time visitors might find navigating to the Riad somewhat challenging. The riad offers a service of a private porter and transportation from the station for 150 DH (approximately 15 USD).

The staff at the Riad are phenomenal. They helped us to arrange a tour with a local guide who helped get us oriented to the biggest Medina, shared the history, took us places that we were interested in and took some great photos. The staff also recommended good food, gave us a map and noted all areas specific to our interest, and got us signed up for spa services including our first hamman experience. This place is also just clean and beautiful, an oasis in they Medina to rest, recover and feel pampered.

My first stay in a riad and this one is very good. Nice atmosphere, charming design, and in the centre of the medina. The rooftop has a nice view of the town and hills. Just a relaxing place to be. The spa is also great and you feel rejuvenated after the hammam. The restaurant is good and their tiramisu is top tier! Highly recommended.

This riad was a highlight to our trip in Fes. Wonderful location amazing services, the terrace is definitely one of the best spots to take a panoramic view of the medina. The courtyard is surprisingly large with green spaces, a central fountain and even a piano. Most importantly the staff were super friendly and have helped us out in many situations. 10/10 would recommend :)

A must stay in Fes!
Amazing staff, property and service in every way. A personal experience with no affect. Do not hesitate to stay here. Have stayed in other riads and this both the authentic experience personally as well as culturally.

This riad is outstanding: beautifully restored and appointed; the owners have paid great attention to every detail. Staff were very friendly and helpful and caring. A most welcome oasis in the franticness of Fes.

Perfect stay at a beautiful Riad with top-notch staff and a great location. We stayed in the Brown room and loved its cozy ambience. The staff was helpful with tourist tips and the restaurant is very nice. I highly recommend Riad Laaroussa.

Fantastic Riad and Hospitality
Stunning Riad in the heart of the Medina in Fes. The pictures do not do this property justice. Simply amazing. Beautiful renovation. Fantastic staff and food. Thoughtful touring advice. Great spaces to relax and explore within the grounds. Beautiful pool. Feels like staying in the opulent house of 19th century noble but with modern conveniences and service.

Excellent, a must stay! Each room is unique (stayed in Blue & Red rooms.) Laarouossa has an understated mix of authentic Moroccan and eclectic modern design, not decor. Rooftop terrace offers excellent sunrise vistas and delicious food. Staff hospitality far exceeds expectations. Badiaa and Fatima's personal attention are unrivalled. Hidden gem centrally and conveniently located inside the Medina. Hammam was superb. Visit to Children's Library next door, co-owned by Hotel owner, not to be missed.

In the heart of the medina to stay in a place that is so welcoming, comfortable, and full of lightness is a blessing. Fatima, the chef for all of our meals was amazing, truly outstanding!

A perfect place better than the best.
First to enjoy Fez you must stay in the Medina. Then, no better place. This is a 5 star place, service actually beyond that. The house is beautiful and while Fez is great, you feel sorry every time you leave the Riad. The rooms are gorgeous. The garden is top architectural and serenity like no other place. Even the turtle Paul and the two dogs Ben and Lou are perfect. The terrace on top incredible. The breakfast as expected from a top hospitality like this. The hosts make you feel at home. Every single one warm, friendly, professional. They organized a 1/2 day tour of the city with Momo and was great. Also a full day trip to Schefchowen with Omar that is a must. I can’t think of anything I could have asked to be better in this place. Perfect. PS: We stayed in the Orange room. So gorgeous!

Road Laaroussa is gorgeous. We stayed in the Orange suite on the ground floor , opening out to their magnificent central courtyard. The suite was very large with beautiful high ceilings and wonderfully furnished. It was delightful to come home to each day. We had breakfast in the courtyard just outside our suite each day, listening to the birds. Really, it was perfect. Friendly staff . Communication with the owner was excellent throughout.

This place was over the top! The view from the rooftop was unbelievable. The staff was like a family, all working together as an amazing team. They went above and beyond our expectations for accommodating us, and not one of them seemed "put off" in the least when we asked for any help (which we did a few times). The most fantastic things, other than the overall beauty and history of the place, were a pet turtle that walks around the courtyard and the way Malek (one of the amazing staff) rushed to save a small bird that accidentally flew into the pool. I was already convinced this place was magical, but when I witnessed him saving that tiny bird like that, I was over the moon in love with the culture of this riad. It was just terrific in all regards. My 11 year old daughter and I highly recommend it here.

Riad Laaroussa is amazing. It is a beautiful blend of authentic Morocco and French sophistication. The staff is wonderful, the restaurant on the rooftop is delicious (don’t miss couscous Friday if possible) and the Hammam, magical. We highly recommend this hotel to truly enjoy the Fez Medina experience.

We did a last minute rushed stop over in Fez and we stumbled into this place. The Riad as a whole and the rooms are very authentic and they are clean, good standards and well-finished/equipped. We were very happy with the property and its staff. The property manager goes the extra mile to provide with good recommendations and to sort things out for you. However, one of the recommendations was really poor (they could have verified their source before suggesting it)
