Easy and fast check in. Really clean and up to date hotel. Lots of restaurants to eat at in the same parking lot. Short drive distance to the mall and Santana Row. Great hotel to stay at.

I was the only person checking in but it took them 25 minutes to check me in because of a computer problem. They charged my card multiple times and at one of the counter guys was not friendly at all

We stayed for an event at the Levi’s stadium It was walkable (appx 25 min) and it was great! The staff were accommodating and helpful and overall a great place for our needs.

Disapointing Customer Service
Middle of the night we needed a room and booked one for the night on the app and when we got to the hotel they said they were booked and we couldn't check in until 3pm. We wanted to cancel since just booked. There was no other way to book on the app. They wouldn't refund of cancel. Even asked if we could get a credit for future stay and was denied. Very disappointed.

Hello and thank you for your feedback---unfortunately any reservation made after midnight would really be for the next day and would require an extra charge---which is why check-in time was at 3pm.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent. The basin was not so good because the faucet was too short. The breakfast was not as good as expected. Otherwise it is an excellent hotel.

I didn't like that the dining / bar was not open on the weekend. I went for a sporting event and looked for a hotel with a bar to be able to watch the Saturday and Sunday football games before and after the 49ers play. But we couldn't because it was close. The place looked nice in the pictures. I was not to happy about that!
