The best Pool Villa!
we stayed 2days 4 people 20~22 on November. Every staff very kind, clean room, good swimming pool, especailly one staff guided us to our room number 7 was very friendly and hospitable. I hope return back with my family later. Thank you for your kindness.

자연과 풀장이 어울어진 빌라.
가족들과 6개월만에 이 빌라를 다시 찾게 되었네요. 푸켓 여행을 하게 된다면 이 빌라를 이용하겠다 했는데 정말 그렇게 되었습니다. 가족들은 전용 수영장이 너무 깨끗하고 넓은것에 대해 매우 만족해 했으며, 빌라내 코코넛 나무가 많아 인상적이고 자연을 만끽 할수 있어 제대로 힐링이 되었네요. 호텔에서 저녁식사를 주문해 보았는데요, 맛있네요.

가족여행에는...
처음 방문인 푸켓여행이었습니다. 아웃리거에서 3박하고 더벨에서 3박을 하였구요. 더벨 위치가 해변가와는 거리가 있어서 걱정을 많이 하였지만, 셔틀버스를 유용하게 이용했던 것 같습니다. 투숙객에게 지급되는 모바일폰은 최고의 서비스였던 것으로 생각하고 있구요. 다만, 내부시설이 조금 낡았다는 생각이 들었고, 그로인해 모기/파리 등의 공격을 적지 않게 받았던 것 같습니다. 무엇보다도 방들이 서로 연결되어 있지 않고 별도로 잠금구조가 되어 있어 가족단위 여행객들은 많이 불편할 수도 있을 것 같습니다. 밤에 문열어놓고 잘수도 없고..... 두 셋 커플끼리는 좀더 프라이빗 할 수 있다는 장점은 있겠구요. 수영장은 작지 않았고 수심도 꽤 깊은 곳이 있어 맘에 들었습니다.

너무 예뻐요! 직원분들이 너무 친절하시고 입구부터 곳곳마다 고급스럽고 자연친화적이면서 예쁘게 되어있네요- 풀도 깨끗하고 물에 띄워서 누워있을수있는 빈백같은것두 있구요 티비도 애플셋업 있어서 영화도 무료로볼수있고 한국어도지원되고 엄청 좋았어요!!!!! 뛰어놀다가 다리를 돌에 긁혔는데 전화로 여쭤보니 구급약 들고 여자두분이 방문해주셔서 소독해주시고 감동감동 룸에서 주문해먹는 저녁도 맛있었어요ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 다만 택시타고 들어갈때보니 시내나 비치랑은 조금 거리가 있는듯한데 저희는 하루 쭉 풀빌라에만 머물러있어서 불편함은 없었어요 가격대비 최고 풀빌라가 아닐까 싶습니다!

풀빌라의 장점은 음식 3끼 모두 방에서 시켜 먹을수 있고 단점은 밥먹은 그릇들은 모두 내가 설겆이를 해야하는것. 한국사람들 한명도 없어서 너무 좋았고 호텔에만 있을거만 강추입니다.

Amazingly good!
It was wonderful time being there for both of us, my husband and me. The villa was clean, cozy, quiet and the food was delicious. We enjoyed being at the pool and relaxed watching the Apple TV which is full of good free movies. All staffs are so nice. There's no things to complain. There is a free shuttle bus to the Kamala beach and Patong beach. Thank you for all your services!

가격대비 최고의 풀빌라~ 욕조만한 풀의 무늬만 풀빌라가 아닙니다.
허니문룸 2박묵음. 3베드룸중 , 2, 3번째 룸만 잠궈놓음. 실제로 3베드룸 시설을 모두 사용하는것임. 수영장이 생각보다 크고 깊음. 완벽한 독채. 담장이 높아 정말로 프라이빗함 . 허니문 또는 가족여행으로 손색없음. 전망이 아예 없지만, 까말라비치까지 툭툭이 타고 이동거리 짧으므로(호텔 무료제공) 2-3박정도는 답답하지 않게 묵을수 있음.. . 간단한 조식이 룸으로 서비스됨. 질도 양도, 괜챦음. 뷔페보다 먹을만한 몇가지 서비스 되는게 나은듯~정원 테이블에서 기분내며 먹을수 있음^^

신혼여행에 최적화한 풀빌라!!!! 굉장히 프라이빗해서 허니무너에게 딱!!! 조식서비스에 한국어메뉴판도 있고 맛도좋아요~ 풀이 그냥 넓은 욕조수준이 대부분인데 더벨은 풀이 정말 수영장만하고 또 깊어요 직원들도 세심하게 이것저것 챙겨주려고 노력은 하는데;;;24시간 대기하면서 언제든 연락할수있는 모바일폰도 줘요. 하지만 영어가 정말 안통해서 별점하나뺐어요 얼굴보고 얘기해도 통할까말까인데 전화상으로 얘기하면 속터져요. 객실분위기 욕실 등등 내부는 최고!!! 취사도 가능하고 빌라한채가 엄청커서 가족단위로 가면 좋을듯! 모기 쩔어요 그냥 모기에게 몸을 맡기세요 태국에선 어쩔수 없나봐요. 몇달 전에 미리 예약했더니 엄청 큰빌라를 둘이쓰면서 조식포함 하루에 이십정도로 예약했네요

Our stay of 4D3N was rather short indeed. We loved the villa very much, especially the Bell app was user-friendly and convenient. In-villa dining and other requests were quickly served. Good villa. But the following points were bad. However, this does not take into account cost performance, and considering cost performance, it can be said that it is 5 stars. I stayed at Banyan Tree just before, so maybe there are only a few negative points that stand out. ・The refrigerator is dirty. In particular, the ice machine was moldy and the kitchen was dirty. ・There are no indoor slippers. I would like this point to be improved. On the other hands, the particular good points are following. ・There are many good points, especially being able to park your car right in front of the villa. No time loss. ・Smartphone application was exellenct! Maybe I hope coming in future again.

Beautiful villas with large private pools. Each villa is self contained and perfect if you want to get away from the world! We enjoyed our time at this property. This is our 2nd visit and would come again should we find ourselves back in Phuket. The staff are nice and place is pleasant and clean. We probably wouldn’t book with breakfast included again though, and would just order it on occasion. Better bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Lovely villa, comfy bed, clean, great smelling sheets and towels daily if desired. Spotless pool, well maintained garden, really good sized rooms, fairly cheap and good meals can be ordered to eat in the villa. Well equipped kitchen ( no toaster though!) Cleaners clean daily. Very good shuttle service, its a shame it doesnt start earlier and end later. Staff all very polite and helpful and happy. Garden furniture very dirty and chair and sun bed covers filthy. Could do with sun beds to use around the pool and not just under the area for shade. Ideally you need a car or scooter to get around independently when at this villa if you dont want to depend on the shuttle or want to explore the area. Villa 13 was a bit noisy as it is opposite the reception and parking area.

The design of the Villa is very nice only if the management would: 1) have a regular maintenance of the Villa 2) upgrade the kitchenware. What was provided was not sufficient to cook and the grade of the kitchenware was a bit low

Loved the villa and privacy pool great service from the staff Didn’t like the noise from local building projects . Transfer from airport was forgotten, though we needed a sha transfer. Shuttle service out of service.
