The old adage “you get what you pay for” is so true in this particular instance. The room was tiny, the bed terrible (we kept rolling into the middle) and it wasn’t easy to get out of, there was no shelving to unpack your folded clothes, the kitchenette was lacking (I had to use a cup to eat my cereal), no light in the kitchenette nook, the shower tiles had mould in the grout, this would have been OK for an overnight stay only

Main problem was the room smelt of smoke and family member is asthmatic. Couldn't stay night. Cockroaches in bathroom. Front curtains didn't close completely. Basic room.

Bed very hard. Had to look for power point near bed and found it was filthy behind and under the bed side tables. Not worth what we paid. Expensive price for a budget type room. Won’t be recommending it to anyone

Clean and comfortable
Very clean and a comfortable room. The only drawback was that noise came through from the TV in the adjoining unit very easily, which was a real issue as the guy obviously fell asleep and left a DVD on loop til 3am.

Close to The Entrance and beaches is the good part but there’s not many other redeeming features. Single level Fawlty Towers!

Never again
We had two rooms. My mum had a cockroach crawl on her during the night. Both rooms took me back to living in the 70's with the tiles, decor & woollen blankets...REALLY. Rooms were very small but ok for the night only.

Room was tiny & so dated ( it was awful ). Lighting was inadequate (not working). People smoking outside their rooms seeps into other rooms, so the smell of cigarettes was evident all the time. Service was friendly enough but it needs a major makeover! New bed linen & towels wouldn't go astray either. It has potential.

The lake at sunset was lovely.
We had a non smoking room but the pillows smelled/stunk of smoke from previous occupants. Not nice! We enjoyed a lovely walk at sunset where there were 100's of swans/pelicans on the lake. Nice scenery.

Very old and tired
This may have been a deluxe room 30 years ago. I would hate to see what a standard room was like. It was the worst value for money of the 4 motels we stayed in on this trip.

Needs a refurb desperately
Very dated,door in toilet fell off the track,everything is old & worn,beds reinforced with extra timbers,no access to top bunk,hot water takes 5mins to kick in,tv channels all pixelated,there was a bag of someone else's clothes in the cupboard,no extra pillows or blankets.

Most expensive 6 minutes of my life.
Hotel called a few days before booking & threatened to cancel without payment even though that was arranged with booking. On arrival hotel staff told me they hope we know only 2 beds in room. The family wasn't out of the car yet. We arrived to find the smallest, shabbiest 70s style room with 1 single bed & 1 tiny bent double bed for 4 of us. There was a sharp corner hanging over the bed head of the single bed. The hotel refused any refund whatsoever & said that is 'Expedia' policy. Disgusted.

The room was basic but well kept and had some nice touches. Had kettle, toaster, fridge, iron, hairdryer and tv. It's dated in style but clean. Beds were a bit uncomfortable though!

The room was very small for a family room. The toilet door keep falling off every time you closed it. We had to change rooms because of the cockroaches and ants every where in the room.
